Scam hotel..

I DID NOT STAY THERE
The indian workers did not give me to stay there with my family..5 of us (3kids).. just for the sake to sleep only coz at 6-7am, urgently need to leave as got something to do early in the morning. The staff say i need to book another room and FORBIDED me to enter my room..it was 11pm..was very late..he refused to let me stay in the room even i told him..we stay only for few hours, by 6am we will check out..he say no..Boss will deduct his salary for letting my family in.. most hotel already fully booked that night..then with broken heart..we go off even room already paid..i ask for refund but not refunded..acc showed, room charged. WE SLEPT AT NEARBY MOSQUE..pls take out this hotel from your list. Tq

No common sense..already 11pm,.still refused to let us stay..keep on SAYING WE NEED TO BOOK ANOTHER ROOM..i thing the indian worker wanted to have additional komisen or money..
Once i told him we are not going to stay, then he told me "ok lah bro, u can stay"..no need to book another room...so fishy..but we already pissed off..
