Kids enjoyed the pool, we were there alone, good to relax there

Cons:

Carpet was dirty with a dust in the corners and around the furniture. I moved the chair closer to my bed and I shouldn’t have done it.
Bedlinen - bed sheets were too smal and poor quality and didnt fit on the mattress, slided off the mattress all the time.
Breakfast - milk in the both kettles were sour/bad! We had clean the table always before we sit.

Convenient Location but Lacks Cleanliness and Security
Pros:

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable enough for a one night stay

Cons:

The whole room was damp to the touch when we arrived, especially the bedding and carpet.The secondary lock on the room door was severely damaged with a large fracture in it and the ground level building was also open for anyone to walk into at any time.

Old facility that needs a serious face lift.
Cons:

Pull out couch sheets were dirty and had not been replaced since last use, and mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. Had to ask for clean sheets and call a second time for them, delivered with no blanket for the pull out bed. AC unit was very noisy and did not keep up with cooling for the size of the room. Comforter on one bed had red food stains on it, dirty. Coffee was missing regular coffee.

Pros:

Great place to explore Ithaca and its surroundings. We stayed for a long weekend to explore the different waterfalls and State Parks. This hotel is small, but it offered what we needed. Plenty of parking, clean and cozy rooms, albeit a bit small. Breakfast was a plus, small but good enough, with a good variety. We loved that the dining room remained open for guests to get water and juices and to eat their take-out food at any time. The staff was super nice, and the swimming pool was a plus.

The reception team scammed us
Cons:

During check-in, the receptionist only gave us two rooms, even though we had booked three.

The following morning, we were verbally told by reception that only two rooms had been charged. However, we later found out that we had actually been charged for all three rooms.

When we raised the issue with the hotel, they refused to refund the unused room. In my opinion, the hotel withheld important information about the booking, kept one room unused, and charged us for a service that was never provided.

In addition to this, the breakfast was very poor, the beds were uncomfortable, and there were bugs inside the rooms.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
