A great stay for my family and kid college visit
Pros:

Location, close to Cornell campus
All rooms on one first floor.
Room decoration and lay out are superb
Very quiet at night
Breakfast are enough with hot eggs and meat

Location was excellent - visited Cornell.

Cons:

My room was not clean. Visible signs of heavy water damage on the carpet in corners of room. The bathroom floor tiles were also very visibly affected by water damage. Toilet seemed to have a slow leak, as water was slowly seeping around floor. Had to put a towel down. We only stayed one night, otherwise I would have requested a room change. Room was absolutely overpriced for what we got.
