Pleasant place to stay, close to Cornell, not to Ithaca College
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. And the dining room was right around from our room. Coffee, tea, juice also available 24-7.

Cons:

It was difficult to tell where to go initially. Where the front door was, where to park, etc. A bit awkward to unpack on the small landing. But a cart was available, and our room close to the front door.

Hotel could use some major renovations and other improvements.
Cons:

The rooms were dirty and the ceiling fan looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. There was so much dust on it, which wasn’t good b/c my kids have bad allergies.

Comfortable stay but could have been cleaner
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and mostly clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The housekeeping team missed a few things. The bedside table was dirty, the carpet was dirty around the base of the walls, and the shower was missing shampoo.
