Pros:

Room was pretty big (was upgraded on arrival). Breakfast options were nice but cold even at 7am. Corridors were dim late at night (albeit manageable)

Hotel was about a 20 minute walk from Old Khiva. otherwise it was good.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel, short walk to Ichan Kala. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

The place is walking distance to railway station, and close to the old city . They charged me for airport taxi even though it says is free on the listing
