Oste nuovo, va incoraggiato.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta. Parcheggio riservato. A piedi si raggiungendo centro in pochi passi. Camera nuova. L'albergatore è gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Ha il limite della hall che in pratica non c'è e si accede alle camere da una scala. Bisogna portarsi su le valige. Manca la possibilità di fare colazione. La vera pecca è che manca il bidet. Per me, non è concepibile, soprattutto in Italia

Pros:

The hotel is located close to the centre and the lake. Very cosy and small. There's a parking lot. The room was clean and cosy, you can see that they tried very hard to clean, so 10 for it. We arrived before the check-in and were able to check us in without any problems. A very, very good owner of the hotel, asked if everything was fine with us, gave a number where to call if the main door is closed at night. There is an air conditioner, saved in the heat and from the pluses there is also a refrigerator. I want to go back to this hotel! Very nice and cosy.

Cons:

If you leave the window open for the night, then in the morning there is a noise from the road. And so I liked everything very much!
