Pour un très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bon emplacement près du lac. Accueil sympathique et utile. Chambre propre et climatisée. Chambre agréable.

Cons:

Petit problème dans la douche pour l’évacuation de l’eau.

Great value and very clean
Pros:

So close to the lake and centre. We stayed 3 nights. Fab base to explore

Disaster
Cons:

We had Atico hotel booked since four months before our stay. The night before we were due to arrive, they messaged us to say that they had “no room” for us so our booking was cancelled. There was no proper apology. This left us in an awful situation searching for new accommodation the night before our trip was due to begin. They had also taken our money before they cancelled, luckily this did get refunded.

Good location and clean, with friendly receptionist. Room had a bad smell, curfew at 00:30am.
Pros:

Great location, clean and had working air condition. Friendly receptionist.

Cons:

It smelled really bad in our room, we guessed it was coming from the air condition units - but not sure. We also disliked that they had a curfew at 00:30am - so if you wanted to stay out late you could not re-enter.

Never ever book this hotel - ok for location, but very rude staff

It was ok, air con worked well

Cons:

Everything. The staff at check in was very rude, shouted at me when I wanted to pay by card, he refused, wanted cash only. Charged us extra, then less, then he remembered to charge us extra €10 for parking. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel at all. I was with my son, and we felt like we were permanently watched. The receptionist shouted at me as we were leaving - when I asked for an invoice or confirmation that I payed cash. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Pros:

Tolle Lage, Parkplatz gegen Gebühr direkt davor. Kartenzahung ging nicht, aber wir würden vorher informiert. Es gab auch eine anständige Quittung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es war alles sauber.
