The stay was excellent. The staff was very kind and friendly. The hotel is in a good location, very comfortable and clean.
We will stay here again when we come back

Hôtel qui ne ressemble absolument pas aux photos du site
Après trajet avions et plus d’une heure de route On nous a fait attendre 15min ( malgré lheure du Check in dépassée ) pour au final avoir une chambre déplorable tellement petite qu’on ne peut pas se déplacer à 2
Le lit coller à la fenêtre qui donne sur une sorte de dechetterie
Salle de bain rouillé déplorable et minuscule
Literie inconfortable mal de dos horrible coussin dur

Nous avons alerter l’hôtel de notre mécontentement et ce sont énervés sur nous le proprio de l’hôtel a mentionné que si nous n’étions pas satisfait de partir …
On nous a finalement donner une autre chambre un petit peu plus spacieuse mais qui pour moi corresponds à une chambre d’une seule personne uniquement
On entends ABSOLUMENT TOUT les chambres voisines coller les gens qui ronfle la TV allumer on entends les moindres détails
Pas de rideau occultant donc on se réveil automatiquement avec le lever du jour
PETIT DÉJEUNER catastrophique morceau de tomate concombre œuf dur et rien d’autre ….
BREF je ne reviendrai pas !!!!!

Very good

When we first got to this hotel, it took us several hours to convince the staff that our air conditioner was not working and that we would not be able to spend the night in this room. Eventually, with enough pressure, the staff moved us to another room, smaller and less accommodating than the one we had paid for. This room's bathroom appeared to have a bird's nest bulging through the vent, the sink was one light push from toppling over, the toilet seat was loose, and mold was around the edges of the floor and in the shower. We raised up this issue with the staff and they agreed they would move us to a similar deluxe room that we had originally paid the following day.

In this deluxe room, we found a pair of used underwear and towels stuffed in the bottom of the closet. The balcony had bird poop stains on the chairs and the table top was missing. This bathroom also had mold around the edges of the floor and the air conditioner piping was stuffed with paper towels around it and was leaking into the shower.

Cleaning service only came around every other day to clean, and cleaning was spotty at best. One time after a cleaning, we noticed that 8000 TL had disappeared from our room. We raised this issue up with the staff and nothing was done.

On the last day, my two older parents asked for some help from the front desk to bring down their large bag from the fourth floor after I had left for the airport overnight and they refused to help.

I do not recommend this place.

Ein sehr Söhnes Überschaubarer Hotel , Famieleien freundlich, Personal der höflich immer nett, sehr zuvorkommend bin richtig begeistert, auch der Standorte ist ideal. Man kommt ganz leicht überall von dort an hin, die Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür , die marmaray ist auch ganz in der nähe sowie die fähren nach Besiktas,Üsküdar,Kadiköy sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Von hier Fatih aus zur Eminönü und taxim sind es zu Fuss 15 min also richtig gute Lage ,direkt auch am Meer.
Das Frühstück ist immer frisch zubereiet geworden.
Es steht für die Geste ständig Café und Tee zur verfügung.
Ich bin Seher zufrieden mit allem auch der Preis stimmt, die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich geputzt.
Ich werde ab jetzt immer dieses Hotel buchen wenn ich wieder mal in Istanbul bin.
Ich kann es wirklich nur wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Highly recommended for budget hotel the staff especially Tarik he's very accommodating and hospitable! Will probably back soon🙏❤️

Hotel je ok, ali mnoge stvari bi se trebale srediti ili renovirati. Tako da hotel zasluzuje slabu ocjenu.
Nesto veca ocjena zahvuljujuci Tariku i Ahmetu koji su bili jako ljubazni.

Metrobüs ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın bi yerde otel fakat, temizlik ve hijyen konusu biraz sıkıntılı odalar çok küçük ama bizim gibi otele sadece yatmaya gelecekseniz tercih edilebilir fiyat performans diyorum.
