Es war alles sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück (Rührei, Hamburger, Waffeln, Toast, Marmelade, Butter, Muffins, Joghurt usw.) Grosse, ruhige Zimmer, grosses Bad, schöne Aussicht auf die Skyline von Kansas City. Warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Grosser, funktionierender Fernseher. 24 Stunden gratis Kaffee, Tee und Wasser. Sehr einfaches Check-Out (nur Zimmerkarte einwerfen).

Cons:

War alles ok. Günstigstes Hotel während der Fussball Weltmeisterschaft. Lage etwas ausserhalb Downtown, aber 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bus oder 30 Minuten zu Fuss zur Union Station bzw. zum Gratistram, welches dann nach Downtown fährt.

There was only one person checking in people, and we had to wait more than 25 minutes. You should consider having extra staff available for check in. In addition, the breakfast was substandard. There were no healthy options available.
