Everything
Nothing
Everything was nice and clean. Easy Access to facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Toilet didn't work properly, The plummer came to.fix it but still, didn't work and he left a mess my hubby had to clean it up.
Bad plumbing and television didn't work good
Clean, well lighted, adequate but not fancy
Shows its age. Would prefer no carpet on floors
I did not feel afraid of the parking area. Ease to/from rm
Staff is very friendly, accommodating, and ver hardworking. We appreciated all of their efforts.
It was filthy, full of bugs and a homeless person was living on the side of the parking lot. Absolutely terrible.
Location, nice staff, clean room. STAFF was awesome!! Laughed on my way out because of my situation.
Mar!##@n@ and cigarette smell coming out the bathroom vents, odd because rooms on that side are "non smoking" . I was to tired to fuss. So closed the door and sprayed some perfume. Morning came and it was worse. Notified front desk. Seems coming out the service room or something. I was there for one night. Thank goodness, If not probably would've had a positive pee test. Lol
Cleanliness, location to town , location to national forest
Nothing ,would stay every time
The breakfast at this location is terrible.
The ice machine is upstairs. I am handicapped and cannot climb stairs. I asked the desk clerk to get ice for me. When she discovered that the ice machine was not working, I asked her to get some from next-door. She refused. I was there in the spring. The ice machine was broken then and the desk clerk was very nice.. She went next-door and brought back two large cups of ice for me. The next time I have to stay in Murphy, I will be staying at the Hampton Inn.
We enjoyed our one night. If I may suggest one thing. The staff when we checked in were unprofessional and frankly I had some apprehensions of staying here. There was a young heavier guy eating at the desk and it just seemed a bit unprofessional.
Easy check in, place was clean and tidy. Neighbors was also very much to themselves, seems like they were contractors with big trucks.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, but the rooms were very old, for example the sink faucet was not attached to the vanity. The motel hosts a lot of permanent residents. There was a large Hispanic population that seemed to live at the motel full time because they had permanent tents and grills in the parking lot. We did not leave our room after dark for safety reasons. I would stay at the Hampton Inn next door if I had to stay in the Murphy, NC area again.
