Dogs in hallways, sooooo dirty, no bedding provided, my door lock was broken and not fixed upon requested, leftover food in microwave and drip down refrigerator, small refrigerator was dirty and smelly and did not close so did not retain from cool temperature. Carpet in the hallways stairs elevator everything seemed Untouchable dirty. Obviously many families living in the facility

The photos of the place needs to be updated big time, the pool area was dirty and tiles were falling off of the wall. The bathtub in the room didnt look like it was clean at all. 2 out of the 3 staff that I had spoken too were just rude and not welcoming at all. Overall wouldn't stay here again.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this hotel after a concert. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room had been given to someone else, and we had to either upgrade or try for a refund the next day. To make matters worse, multiple other guests had been subjected to the same situation.
I decided to upgrade, hoping for a better experience. However, the new room was in a terrible state. The lights didn’t work, the jacuzzi tub was shattered, and there were probably other issues. But we were unable to actually see them.
The second room we were given was even worse. It reeked of cat urine, had a black liquid in the tub, stains on the sheets and bed, and a light switch that wouldn’t work. I didn’t even sit on the wooden chair because it looked wet.
There was most definitely more thing with the rooms, but I didn’t feel comfortable touching anything.
We were so disgusted that we decided to leave. And to make matters worse, after multiple attempts, we were denied a refund.

Edit: my boyfriend did talk with the front desk about all the issues. He also called the following morning to report them and the worker took note of the issues. Pictures were also sent to booking and they were also in contact with the hotel.

Every thing! Dirty, run down and I believe they house homeless people there. There were belongings in totes outside of a room near ours and the stench was unbearable! We found a vape near our bed, hair on the bathroom floor, stains all over the curtains, missing trim with exposed sheet rock and non functional security locks on room doors. Ripped walls in elevator,broken edges on floor laminate creating trip hazards. It also states here on this site that they offered a limited breakfast. They do not. The only thing in the breakfast area is a coffee machine and a non working juice machine. You definitely don’t present this establishment realistically!

The staff not welcoming and I asked for extra towels and they told me there's 3 there im like there small I need extra ones

The hotel is very outdated. The rooms are very outdated and just stained. The pillow cases, comforter, lamp shades and window covers had stains on them and were dingy and yellow. The AC didn’t work very well neither did the fridge or microwave. It was an ok place just to sleep for the night. The front doors to the room have holes were they drilled out a lack mechanism. The large tub was peeling and looked stained. Would not book again.

The hotel is NASTY, and FILTHY. Carpets, handrails stained with grime and every surface was dusty. We smelt cat urine when we went up to the second floor. To top it off the place is an efficentcy lodge not a hotel. We would have never stayed, however there is a NO REAL REFUND POLICY. This place is cheap for a reason. BC IT IS A DUMP!!! Will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN.
