LOST MY MONEY AND IT WAS A REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE.
Cons:

It was a dump . I was apprehensive about leaving my truck parked there overnight. I checked in and checked out at the desk within 5 minutes. I asked for a refund, at least a partial and was told NO, TAKE IT UP WITH BOOKING.COM.

The stay was what I expected and acceptable.
Pros:

Price was very affordable!

Cons:

No breakfast. Hotel under renovations so there are areas that don't look very good on the exterior of the building. Floors need work. Very old building.

Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

My room wasn't clean at all my tub looked like it had never been cleaned. And the people that hang around there were scary. And the guy that stayed beside my room was up being loud ALL NIGHT LONG I GOT ZERO REST.

I had to depart for a family occurrence after one night of my stay. Thus far, booking.com & the hotel have refused to refund two nights of my booking. This is a fraud in my opinion and I can’t help family emergencies.

The jacuzzi, swimming pool, peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The staff was AMAZING, very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Room was dirty, walls covered in sticky stains and the curtains were deplorable. Let me just say I, I used towels to open and close them. The tv didn’t offer any movies to stream.

decent accommodations for the lowest price around, but I can afford much better.

large room. hot water. good water pressure.

Cons:

loose secondary door latch. loose bathroom door handle. one lamp outlet to share between 2 queen beds. shoddy maintenance everywhere you look. filthy carpet on the stairs. clientele appeared to consist of many permanent low-income residents.

Bring towels
Pros:

The price was great and the pool was awesome

Cons:

We had 4 people staying in a room and we're given only 2 towels. I went to th front desk to request more and they told me no the manager would not approve and we had to share towels. That is unsanitary and unacceptable. We had holes in the walls of our room. The jets in the tub were filthy. I had to go spend more money to buy towels. We will never come back

The hotel served its purpose and my stay was pleasant. I would stay again
Pros:

I didn't have the breakfast. The location was fine, nice & quiet. The bed was comfy and jacuzzi was amazing!

Cons:

It was almost 1am when we arrived and I inquired about a late checkout and was told it would be $35 per room for 2 hours. I think that's way overpriced considering that was almost half the room rate

Pros:

The bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Had travel pillows on bed instead of standard size. Payed for a handicap accessible room and didn't receive it. When we asked about it, manager said he would check into it. He did not care that my husband was in a wheelchair.

AWFUL!
Pros:

I CANCELED our reservation there. Asked for a refund. American Inn & Suites AGREED and to have Booking.com contact them. Booking.com REFUSED to refund!! Our door lock was broken (had to call the front desk to be let in). They said it would be fixed while we went to dinner along with the light above the door that did not work. Got back and nothing was done or fixed! (There was also a big HOLE in the wall near the bed!). I said we were canceling and they understood completely. Told me how to request refund. Booking.com refused! So we would also NEVER recommend using them! I could go on and on about the smell, condition of this location . So sad!

Cons:

Smell, condition of room, it was NOT clean!

Horrible. Do NOT recommend unless you want bedbug and cockroaches
Pros:

Absolutely disgusting. Place smells very musty and gross, some halls are worse than other. Most of the staff lives in the rooms, there were bugs and residue in multiple rooms. We ended up leaving and they did NOT issue a refund even with picture proof of how disgusting the establishment is.

The heaters/ac have never been cleaned ever. They were absolutely disgusting full of mold mouse poop and possibly meth. Super unsanitary and hazardous for breathing in. The hallways smelt horrible as did the rooms. Steps were broken and covered with carpet pieces. Cracks in the walls ceilings and corners of walls. Fan falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. This motel is absolutely disgusting.

We walked in, I asked to see the room which I never do and did not stay, health hazard.
