Wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

The only thing that I liked was that one of the staff members was friendly. Though, friendly and helpful are two different things and she wasn’t equipped to help when there was an issue with the reservation.

Cons:

The beds were very clumpy and uneven, the blankets were stained and dirty, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, the office chair was disgusting, and we were placed in a separate building from the hotel that required us to put coats and boots on and walk outside just to walk to the lobby for breakfast / amenities

Next time, I will make sure to be more specific when booking.
Pros:

Breakfast was good the first morning. We came early and had a very good meal. However, the next morning we arrived around 8:30 a.m., and there was almost nothing left to eat. It was disappointing, as breakfast should be properly stocked during serving hours.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in. Both of us are non-smokers, so the smell was especially overwhelming and very unpleasant. We were traveling with a child, which made the situation even more concerning.

The odor was so strong that it made it uncomfortable to stay in the room. We expected a clean, smoke-free environment, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

I hope management takes this seriously and ensures rooms are properly cleaned and truly smoke-free for future guests.
