I stayed at the same location a couple of weeks earlier. Did it change ownership in the meantime?
Different staff, room wasn’t clean. No one cared. Booked in for work and was put in front of the pool. ( children screaming till after 10pm). I get families are having fun vacation time but why book everyone in for work in that section?
Wasn’t offered a different room. Staff just didn’t care. Miserable experience.
Exceptional management . Clean and hygienic accommodation . Standardized facilities. Equipped with ample power outlets in the suite,which is very convenient for digital guys.
Only one thing that needs improvement: the water tank for the mini coffee machine in the room wasn't cleaned properly. What should have been a fantastic feature has now become a hygiene concern.
Excellent experience. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, large room, easy to work TV😀, everything well stocked. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything else.
And, as a bonus, while I was writing this review, I got a call from the hotel because I left my charger there… Again, helpful staff!
Deserves a 5 out of 10. Its a 1960's complex thats had few updates, next time I'd happily pay more. Tub doesn't drain, wicked highway noise gave me a 4 hour sleep, lamps that dont work, no USB charging plugs, 25 year old TV, super loud fridge, where do I stop? Pay 99 and get a recognized S hole, pay 200 and move up a strong level. This leaves one feeling like you got ripped.

I had a smoking room and I liked that.
I was disappointed by the pool. It was not for adult swimming but rather a large hot tub. One of the reasons I booked here was for the pool. When I got there I was told that the water was off in my block and if I wanted to cancel I could but the town was full up. They estimated no water for a couple of hours but it was off longer than that. Breakfast was a continental breakfast with few choices. I would not stay here again.
Bed was ok
No elevator and that wasnt mentioned anywhere in the site. Toilet bowl was broken. Had to fix it everytime we flushed which is not nice.
The room was comfortable & clean.
The mattress on the bed was really soft so that each time my partner moved I could feel the movement.

Great central location. Clean spacious room. Tasteful updating. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast 'ok' with the usual choices. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to several restaurants and Shoppers Drug Mart.
Our room fronted onto the highway exit to a busy intersection. Couldn't open the window at night. A/C worked well but was musty and made a lot of noise.
The breakfast was more than I expected
