Very central and easy to come and go as we please
It was comfortable and located near several very good restaurants.
It doesn’t have a restaurant of its own or room service.
The lady at the reception was so kind and friendly. It was such a nice way to start our stay. 100% perfect customer service. The bed was so comfortable
The room we got might be a bit small if you have big suitcases or are large people. The fridge looked normal then when you opened it it was only as deep as a skinny Pepsi can.

Ristorante della struttura di sotto bello e con piatti molto buoni.
Le camere sono molto piccole e con poca luce sia naturale che artificiale, ma c’è tutto.
Lontano 10/15 min a piedi dalla metro ma vicino a Marina Bay per raggiungerlo a piedi (30 min a piedi in una zona bella per camminare).

Die Lage war sehr gut, ansonsten kann ich leider nicht viel positives berichten.
Extrem kleine Zimmer. Die Toilette ist quasi in der Dusche. beim duschen wird die gesamte Toilette nass. Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig und der Lärm von außen dringt ungefiltert in das Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage pustet direkt auf das Bett und lässt sich nicht regulieren, nicht gut.
Overall, was ok as we were just staying overnight, and just needed a place to sleep. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.
The room though small had all the necessary amenities. However the coffee machine didn't work, and the electrical point was either under the table or on the side of the bed which was flush to the wall so you had to scoot over the bed to access it.
My sister was locked in the bathroom due to a rusty lock, and had to unscrew herself out of the bathroom with the supervision of staff, they however upgraded her to a better room which we are grateful for.
The hotel was in a great location - an easy walking distance to Boat Quay and Raffles Place. While the rooms are indeed small this did not bother us, as they were clean and comfortable, and we spent most of our time out exploring. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Would stay again.
Staff were so kind friendly and respectful. Check in was at 3 but we arrived earlier and the room was ready they allowed us to get our room as we were so tired. The room is small but its fine. Weve booked the Superior King as we have big luggage. I would recommend this and the biggest ones are nicest. It’s a really great location just 5min to the Clark Quay. We are very extrovert people and it was the best place for us. Late open for restaurant, bar, pubs etc. Highly recommended. Now will depends on your priorities we are always out of the accommodation as we like to explore. They even kept our luggage until night after check out as our flight was at midnight.
