Pros:

Overall a good place to stay and at a decent price for Singapore.
The location is perfect

Cons:

There was a strong smell of humidity and maybe mould as soon as you enter the building and unfortunately its was also in the room.
The rooms are a bit tiny but maybe that's how you get affordable stay in Singapore
