Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The meals were very good.
Possibly my fault as I couldn't access WiFi on our journey and therefore had to park away from the hotel before finding the car park.

Great find. Lovely staff. Upgraded our room when we arrived to a suite which was beautiful with chocolates, tea coffee, crisps and a lovely large sitting area. Room seemed freshly decorated. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

The room was very small for the price we paid and the bathroom was particularly small. The room seems like a an afterthought of a room, just to fit in a few more guests, but charged at an unreasonable rate.
It was a very long winding climb to our room from reception, carrying our luggage.
The staff on arrival and departure were unengaging.
We had to wait for almost an hour for our evening meal.
The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel and outdoor areas are well cared for, there was plenty of parking, and the restaurant was fantastic for my evening meal and breakfast. Would stay again.
