Pros:

On street parking, clean room and adequate

Pleasant stay in comfortable surroundings with considerate staff
Pros:

We had requested a ground floor room and agreed to accepting a twin as ground floor doubles had already been allocated. The room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner on one night which was very tasty and good value for money. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious

Cons:

There were no plug sockets near our beds which meant electronic devices {computers & mobiles} had to be re-charged at the end of the room. Operation of the TV remains a mystery - we gave up trying to watch.

Lovely hotel close to the town centre
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the Cumbria Park Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast selection was very good. The room was perfectly adequate with a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was very hot but as we were in a room at the front of the hotel,, having the window open during the night wasn't an option due the the road noise. The shower was pretty underwhelming although it was lovely to have the option of a bath as well. Although the breakfast was generally good, the hot selection didn't stay very warm and, particularly the bacon, got very dry.

Clean and comfortable room but plumbing needs attention
Pros:

Good comfortable room. Clean and tidy. Facilities in room for tea etc.
Near to city centre for visit.

Cons:

Shower cut out half way through. Reported this and staff implied it's likely due to low pressure (so fix this)

Nice hotel in an easy to access location.
Pros:

The reception staff and breakfast staff were very nice, polite and helpful.
Breakfast was very good with a full range of food available.
Room was a good size and the whole place was very clean and well presented.
Mattress was actually a double, not just 2 singles pushed together with a ridge down the middle, was also quite firm.

Cons:

The pillows were reasonably hard.
The road noise was quite loud in the room despite the windows being double glazed and closed.
The TV in the room could do with being more modern and allowing connection for streaming.
The car park is quite tight.
