Sbagliando, per carità lo ammetto, Ho prenotato presso questa struttura per la notte precedente.
C'erano molte camere disponibili sia notte precedente che quella successiva ed il prezzo era lo stesso ma non hanno voluto spostarmi la prenotazione alla notte successiva, né venirmi incontro in alcun modo. Ho anche chiesto di parlare con un responsabile ma mi è stato negato. Soldi buttati da parte mia e pessima figura da parte loro. Nascondersi dietro a formalismi non serve a mascherare la completa mancanza di empatia, di disponibilità nei confronti del cliente, di ospitalità che dovrebbe caratterizzare il loro operato ed il settore tutto.
From food to rooms everything was great. The location is far from the city center but close to the airport.
nella stanza la finestra sottilissima e la possibilità di non chiudere la tapparella perché rotta, faceva si che la mattina anche con il riscaldamento accesso la stanza fosse fredda. Per non parlare del bagno che non aveva nessun tipo di riscaldamento quindi era una cella frigo.
Buon albergo, comodo per la vicinanza all'aeroporto.

L'albero è pulito e molto comodo all'aereoporto. Ho apprezzato il gesto di fornirci una colazione da asporto dato che abbiamo lasciato la struttura prima dell' inizio della colazione. Check in facile e veloce e disponibile h24
il personale trovato al check-in è stato molto gentile e collaborativo , e mi ha aiutato a risolvere una questione sulla prenotazione....meno male non c'era troppa affluenza
La dimensione della camera!
La pulizia molto scarsa! Prezzo di una pizza margherita surgelata 15 euro! Distanza della struttura dal aeroporto 6 km, non 2 km come scritto nelle descrizioni!

Ottima struttura, camera ampia, colazione ottima ampia scelta e disponibilità del personale e parcheggio riservato.
Poco insonorizzata la mia camera (la mia in quanto dei colleghi non hanno avuto il mio stesso problema ) si sentiva l’acqua scorrere delle camere vicine e questo ha impedito un riposo corretto.
Hotel moderno, pulito, arredato in maniera impeccabile. Personale gentile. Posizione ottima per l aereoporto, parcheggio disponibile, fermata del bus sul davanti.

La colazione si fa in una sala a dir poco fantastica. È davvero varia,non manca nulla ma avrei preferito meno scelta ma una qualità maggiore degli ingredienti utilizzati e delle preparazioni. In camera i cuscini un po' bassi e solo di un tipo
