The location
Very tired and outdated. Noisy creaking floorboards on the floor above. Vomit on the floor outside our room in the morning when we got up and still there when we returned from a walk and breakfast. No staff visible on reception to inform . Had to pay to park.
Great breakfast
Little tired
Location in the town to all shops and amenities,
N/A
Really nice and friendly staff
Nothing really, it was all good
Nice staff great place but run down through
Dust thick behind central heating pipes and tops of wardrobe so it's quite dusty even though everything else is clean.
Just needs a deeper clean every 6 months and it's good, but that clearly has not had the little bit more time to keep it non dusty.
Oh and the bath hot water tap is so loose it's free and will leak to lower levels soon.
Lovely staff and it's a good place with good vibes, almost my go to choice 😎
Very poor had apple juice from a machine as cooked looked poorly was dried out under lights for ages no chance of poached egg ? I asked answer No
Price
Dirty toilet, dirty bedding.
The fan in bathroom didn't go off all night didn't go to sleep told the night staff they looked at it but couldn't stop it my wife is not well wos told there was no more rooms and didn't want to move my wife anyway I think I should have a refund stop with yous before always been happy
The location
Bathroom door don’t close, walls were paper thin so could hear everyone anyone walked past, beds were awful, curtains weren’t long enough to cover the single glazed windows , the entire hotel smelled mist and the bar smells like an ashtray
Great location with onsite parking.. Well presented and spacious room
There was no thermostat, so no way to cool the room down.
The lady on reception on arrival around 18.00 was very professional, chatty and friendly with a lovely welcoming smile. She should welcome all your guests and should be promoted to train all your hotel reception staff
The dinner choices were a little odd and the water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired
