Great location, staff were excellent
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating and very friendly, big shout out to Joanne who made any changes we had very easy.

Good breakfast choice

Pros:

Location was exceptional- easy on and off the highway. Plenty of stores and restaurants walkable. Buffet breakfast hot and fresh with ample selections to satisfy the picky eater. The pool and hot tub helped soothe out achy muscles for all- day travelling.

Cons:

Kind of insignificant, but some of the elevator buttons didn't light up when pushed, and the floor displays above the elevator doors weren't working.

It was a good 2 nights away for stress relief.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good, staff was friendly, bed was comfy, some of the pillows were comfy, shower was kind of aggressive but effective, we loved the long bathroom counter and mirror. We decided to stay another night and got a fairly good rate.

Cons:

The room was musty smelling, (308)we put the circulating fan on which helped but it was quite loud, at least it drowned out the elevator bell.

Staff great, hotel run down.
Pros:

First off let me say the staff are amazing at this hotel. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Now, as for the hotel , it’s in rough shape. Pool is FREEZING ! Hot tub not much better and only worked for one day, next day out of order. Room was dated, and the HVAC system is like a train engine running in the closet. Bathroom exhaust fan is the same. Only one elevator running, breakfast the usual powdered eggs and home fries. Overall for the $$$$$ not a good one.

couples stay
Pros:

came for a couples weekend, was very happy with the clean room and friendly staff. Dianne was especially sweat and the manager aswell, though i don’t remember his name. pool was busy but i made lots of friends in the hottub and enjoyed my stay. would recommend for anyone in the area

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are a little dated and the bath tub, shower was very run down looking. There was rust, stained tiles as well as in the tub. Several cracked tiles as well. The rooms need a serious overhaul.
