I liked the heated pool and I liked the 24-hour tea and coffee service

Cons:

1. Cleanliness of the hotel room was not up to the expected level. I am saying this because the window of the room was covered with residue and I couldn't clearly see the outside. The bathroom was not clean as well. The toilet itself was not cleaned thoroughly and the bathtub was also kind of weird off.
2. The electronic key to enter the room did not work on the first attempt. We had to insert it several times to get it to work and get it inside the room.
3. The air conditioning system was very noisy and it disturbed me a lot during the night.

Allergies triggered by mold. All sorts of issues with our first room, second room wasnt much better. Couldn't leave fast enough.

Pros:

The only redeeming quality is the staff. They were all lovely, friendly, kind and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is dated, smells musty, rooms old, beds and pillows were hard and super uncomfortable. Our a/c unit leaked in the closet all over our clothes. Too many youth sports teams running the halls all night slamming doors. Breakfast was too busy to eat at.

Cons:

Breakfast ok, but certainly do not compare in the least to European included breakfasts. Ceramic dishes and a beautiful spread with many choices. People come here from Europe and are absolutely surprised

Three nights at Great Western, Cambridge, Ont.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and genuinely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was large and well equipped.

Cons:

Paper plates and bowls! This may be a Canadian thing. I haven't been here long enough to find out.

Pros:

Breakfast had a lot of great options for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Room was comfortable for a 1 night stay.

Cons:

The shower temperature was challenging to control. It took a few minutes for me to figure how to turn to hot water.
