Pros:

Great value. Clean Location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, good variety. Hot tub and pool were exactly what was needed after a ling day.

There seemed to be too much clorine in the hot tub.

A/C a bit dis functional, tried lowering the cold air but didn’t work. Old type , resulting in getting a cold my children and I.

Most staff were hospitalable the manager or supervisor was really nice. She attend to me and my friend well
Pros:

The locations was good and one of staff Omobola was very nice she made sure we understood the terrain for easy access

Cons:

The carpet are filthy, no body wash in the bathroom, If we need our room cleaned we had notify them a night before like I work with them and must help organise their routine. For a standard of the hotel all we need do is hand the cleaning tag on the door to notify their cleaners. Not to be reporting to the front desk I want my room cleaned.

It’s was same food every morning nothing changes noting added

Coffee creamers in the room coagulates like it’s been there or purchased for a long time

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel. Friendly staff at check-in, clean hotel & room. Wonderful breakfast. Easy to get on and off the freeway.

Visit with family for a birthday. Stay was fantastic
Pros:

The breakfast was great . My sister is gluten intolerant and the breakfast accommodated her needs. The coffee and tea service was fantastic . The staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely book again.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I could suggest to improve the stay.
