Good location
Pros:

Location was good in all
Directions. Got to explore the local scene and walkable to Eiffel. Enjoyed the area. Hotel did the job for price. Room smelled a bit but overall just fine.

Strategic location but not worth the money.
Pros:

Location is good. The bed and towel was clean.

Cons:

The interior is dated, the carpet is turning black and seems like there is small amounts of mold growing near the bathroom door. The room is very small, with no space to open large luggages. The shower door also had gaps which leaks water into the rest of the bathroom, creating a puddle every time.

Excellent stay in a perfect location — highly recommended
Pros:

The location was excellent, about a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with many charming cafés and shops nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which made our stay even more pleasant. Housekeeping was great, with fresh linens provided daily. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

We stayed as a couple for four days in april. We were intereste in being close to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel's location is perfetc for this and also allows you to travel to other arrondissement very easily thanks to the proximity of the metro station. The hotel is clean and the staff very kind and efficient.

A due passi dalla Torre Eiffel
Pros:

L'Hotel è posizionato a pochi passi dalla Torre Eiffel, Champ de Mars e Trocadero. Inoltre è molto vicina alla metro n. 8, da cui è possibile raggiungere tutte le altre destinazioni.
Il letto davvero comodo, ottima la pulizia e lo staff molto efficiente e gentile. Non posso dare informazioni sulla colazione in quanto abbiamo preferito usufruire delle varie boulangerie uscendo presto al mattino.
Dalle ore 13:00 è disponibile un piccolo rinfresco gratuito, di cui usufruivamo al rientro della giornata.

Cons:

Per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo una struttura più nuova. Nella camera al pavimento c'era il parquet e alla finestra una tenda un po datata.
Il bagno, poi, era stretto. Questo giustificava la presenza di un lavandino piccolo che, però, presentava un miscelatore grande al centro: davvero scomodo da usare.

The staff were very helpful and that was great for us .Especially the lovely girl at reception
