Pros:

Zimmer, Buffet

Cons:

Die Dame am Checkin. Unfreundlich und meinte so ja ich hätte kein Frühstück gebucht obwohl ich das mit gebucht hatte.
Und in die Sauna darf man ja wenn man 19 Uhr ankommt auch nicht mehr weil kostet 20€.. anstatt das man für ne Std meinetwegen 5€ anbietet kommt geht nicht mehr heute. Danke für nichts.

Pros:

Although it is very close to the station where the ICE stops, unlike the area around Hamburg Hbf, it is relatively quiet; nevertheless, there is a supermarket just a short walk away, which is convenient.

Pros:

Bei Abreise bediente uns ein Schweizer Mitarbeiter der sehr freundlich und kompetent war . Die Lage war sehr gut um was zu unternehmen.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft mit zwei Mitarbeiter zu tun gehabt die extrem unfreundlich waren.
Im Zimmer war der Teppich nicht gesaugt ( kleine Steine auf Teppich)

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sauna kostet 20.- EUR extra pro Person und Benützung und das hat sich sehr gelohnt.
Die Sauna wurde nur für uns zwei reserviert und es war eine sehr erholsame Zeit.
Wir erhielten Bademäntel und konnten uns ein Aufguss-Öl aussuchen.

Pros:

Ich werde niemals wieder dahin fahren .

Cons:

Das Frühstück war im Nebengebäude gewesen deshalb man müsste auf der Straße gehen wo ständig geregnet hat..Der Parkplatz war voll, also woanders parken.
