Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben unser Zimmer deutlich früher bekommen, als ich mit meiner dicken Erkältung angekommen bin.
Der Aufenthaltsraum bietet eine bequeme Möglichkeit, zu warten. Es gibt kalte und heiße Getränke. Tag und Nacht. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof Altona - die Lage und die Ruhe in diesem Hotel sind toll.

Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Bei höheren Temperaturen für mich ein Ausschlusskriterium. Die Seife roch extrem. Für mich unerträglich, musste meine eigene nutzen.

Das Hotel werden wir für einen Hamburgaufenthalt wieder buchen.
Pros:

Nähe zum Bahnhof und man ist schnell im Centrum

Cons:

gibt es Nichts, nur wäre zu erwähnen, dass die obersten Zimmer (4.Etage) über eine Treppe zu erreichen sind (Fahrstuhl bis 3.Etage).
