Good breakfasts
Mattress felt a little worn it
Good location, comfortable beds, spacious room, great food.

I really wanted to like this place and had high hopes for this Best Western, but was sadly disappointed.
The lobby looks beautiful but no one was around to help us. We came in later in the evening and noticed a party going on in the meeting room area so it was odd that there was no one at the front desk. We waited more than 20 minutes for the someone to finally help us. Turns out there was only one person on duty that night and he had to help with another customers' issue. Best Western can you please hire an additional person to help out for weekend shifts, and if parties are scheduled, so there's an extra pair of hands to help? Having an empty lobby for a long period of time is problematic.
Our room was large, but dated (I'm sure it was nice once upon a time, but these rooms need to be seriously refreshed). Stains on the carpet. Could have overlooked some things except for the bathroom. The floor of the tub looked really dirty and gross, which is the reason for the poor rating. It looked like it was sprayed with a sealant at some point and it was peeling off! Looked terrible. There's no way I would have taken a shower there.
Our adult daughter was staying down the hall from us and her room was in the same condition. Plus, she could hear her neighbors talking in the next room. She didn't get a good night sleep because of it.
Breakfast was ok. Standard chain breakfast. As far as the egg offering, they only had a western style (with peppers) premade omelet with cheese available. I wish they had a plain egg offering as I don't like green peppers. At least they had an assortment of bagels to choose from. I guess I was surprised with the size of this hotel, looks grand and beautiful on the outside, there wasn't a step up in the breakfast fare like the Hilton's Double Tree or Embassy Suites.
Positive notes, the front desk people were nice (both at night and in the morning). The beds were comfortable and the location off of 64 and 81 was nice.
Very friendly staff, large comfortable room, great value! This inn was very clean, the linens and towels were nice quality, and we were told they are about to begin updating the bathroom tub/shower units. The free breakfast was one of the best we have had on our recent travels. We lucked out in getting one of the few rooms with a private outdoor balcony, which made for a very pleasant place to spend some time at the end of a long day of travel.

The toilet over flowed and I when I tried to remove the top to stop the toilet from overflowing the top slipped and broke the bottom of the toliet bowl
It was such a freak accident that started from a simple toliet overflow :(
