Pros:

Very comfortable , staff was very attentive. Super clean.

Cons:

They are very limited on a lot of things, example we got there and we had no towels at all, in the lobby they were out of coffee creamer, my daughter wanted tea and they were out of tea bags the 3 nights we stayed.

My next visit to Benicia I would like to stay here again.
Pros:

Check in was quick and easy and the attendant at the desk was sweet friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, and pet friendly.

It was pleasant and I felt safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean and the room smelled nice

Cons:

There were only chairs in the room no small sofa to rest on. For seniors you should be able to set and put your feet up laying in a bed is not good for the back or legs.

I will never stay here again. After a long drive the last thing I want to deal with is an unpleasant front desk person
Pros:

The location is good. Close to my son’s house.

Cons:

The check in person is unfriendly and not very helpful. Curt and condescending. I had stayed here several times in the last 3 years. This was my last stay. I searched out a different place. A little further from my son but superior staff

I love the rooms and the front desk is super nice and accommodating!

If you order food from door dash or uber eats they aren't allowed to drop off food in front of your room door
