Had 2 restful nights while working at our nearby office. It’s my preferred hotel in the area.

Friendly and professional staff. Close to old Benicia downtown. Comfortable & cozy.

Cons:

No dishes or silverware in the suite. Had to ask for some. Not such a big deal.

Wished I'd gone somewhere else.
Pros:

It was clean and the bed was nice.

Cons:

The bottom line is it's right near the freeway. The noise from passing cars just made it difficult to sleep, and I had earplugs. Also the air conditioner made this weird noise, like paper crumpling, after it was on for a while. Also there was no bar soap, just the dispenser on the wall, which doesn't work well when all you wanted was a hot bath. I barely slept and it was over $200. Seems kind of ridiculous to me.

Had A Good Experience
Pros:

Staff was incredibly kind, helpful and customer focused.
Rooms were spacious. Shower water pressure was amazing!
Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Not a lot of storage space. We stayed 4 nights in a double room with 4 adults and the lack of storage was a challenge.
