Pros:

Location pool and the kids loved the hot cocoa and popcorn treat. Also the continental breakfast was amazing!

Front desk staff were very kind, and I liked the coffee maker in the lobby (could make espresso, lattes, hot chocolate, etc.). Parking was plentiful and easy to find. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

No reusable plates or utensils in the breakfast room! All paper plates, plastic utensils, plastic cups, and paper coffee cups. It was so wasteful. Breakfast was a lot of frozen food reheated (like potatoes), low-quality breads, cheap fruits, etc., and there were few vegan options, despite signs saying "dairy-free items available upon request." Nice array of options, just not very high quality (but I suppose that's what you get with a free breakfast). Pool was closed one of the days (in the summer), without a sign or clear explanation, so we couldn't use it, despite it being one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Pros:

Everything but our greeting was perfect. The "they" at the counter never smiled, talked softly, didn't engage us in any conversation. Only asked the questions they needed to ask to complete the paperwork. They were NOT friendly. Everyone else was helpful, breakfast was outstanding. We usually come to Benicia twice/year - have always done AirB&B or stayed in Walnut Creek. Will stay here next time. Would prefer to be on top floor (lots of running around in the early morning by the person above us) and on the back side - as we opened our window and the freeway was noisy. Beds were very comfortable, we got fresh washcloths/face towels from the housekeeper on our second day. Next time we will try the pool.

Cons:

Didn't appreciate the cold welcome. Hire someone else to deal with the customers!

Wonderful stay for girfriends get together.
Pros:

Good location in Benicia. Close shopping and very good restaurants. Good size rooms. Friendly staff, good breakfast. We liked our adjoining rooms.

Cons:

We were provided with a cot we requested. The cot was very soft and not comfortable, so it wasn’t used.

Will stay again while in Benica! Would be great for families.
Pros:

breakfast was awesome. Definitely stands out from any other hotel chain breakfast. Many options and very accommodating.

Cons:

Rooms could us a refresh but you can tell the staff really takes care of this facility

Uncomfortable and disgusted.
Pros:

Location, from ball field, and the breakfast.

Cons:

The room had not one, but three, disgusting, long torn off fake nails on the floor. There was also red hair on the bathroom towel.
