Great staff and hotel to use as launch pad for bike ride Le Petit Train du Nord!
Pros:

The hotel was great for getting ready for the bike ride on Le Petit train du Nord. The staff was great in calling a taxi to get to the start location, and for allowing us to keep a couple bags there while we were on the bike trip!

C'est bien pour juste dormir mais devoir manger à l'extérieur.
Pros:

Stationnement/ Acceuil/ Propreté/ Confort des lits/ Tr;es grande TV/ Tout fonctionnait très bien /Tranquilité/ Environnement pour sortir prendre un repas /Centre commercial à 5 minutes en auto/Copieux déjeuner compris mais avec plus de choix moyennant un extra./Personnel du restaurant courtois.

Cons:

1.-Nous nous sommes un peu perdu en raison d'aucune signlisation pour votre hotel sur Mgr Dubois. Tout était centré sur le Restaurant Gare, on ne savait pas si on était sur la mauvaise rue et on a du aller demander notre chemin au dépanneur. On était stressé en arrivant finalement chez vous. Il manque une indication claire et très visible pour l'entrée de votre stationnement et hotel sur Mgr Dubois.
2.-Un seul micro-onde pour tout le complexe au 2e étage. Donc la chambre est uniquement pour dormir car rien n'est prévu pour manger dans la chambre (table avec 2 chaise, micro-onde et quelques articles de vaisselle car pas d'évier pour laver cela). C'est donc un choix de genre d'accomodation de la chaine Best Weatern.
**Dommage pour ces commentaires négatifs car le reste était très bien. On y retournera l'été prochain.

Je le recommande fortement.
Pros:

Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous avions une chambre accessible et la salle de bain était très pratique pour y entrer en fauteuil roulant. Le petit déjeuner à la carte était super bon et le service excellent. Le personnel très courtois.

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur. Nos amis étaient au 2e étage et c’est moins évident pour monter les valises.

Cons:

Toilettes du lobby pour homme mal propre. Une toilette bouchée et une autre hors fonction

Le personnel n’a pas été en mesure d’appliquer correctement le rabais Booking à mon arrivée en me mentionnant un problème avec certaines informations manquantes sur Booking. On m’a prélevé un montant plus élevé sur ma carte de crédit. Par la suite on a corrigé pour ajuster le prix à la baisse mais j’aimais au même tarif que j’avais réservé au départ

Problem after problem
Pros:

Restaurants adjacent to the hotel was excellent

Cons:

They had put us upstairs. Myself and my husband in the 80 problem to do stairs.The receptionist told us they was no room available on first floor. The cleaning lady when she saw us going upstairs, told us to wait and she find us a room on the first floor.!!
The other problem we put room # to have towels change but always have to go back to receptionist and complain every day
