It was ok only because my son did get a little time in the pool It seems to be bad timing thing
Pros:

I loved the setup of the pool area big and opened and had a arcade.
Also, the attached bar for food and drink. I didnt get to experience this time but very excited to for my next stay!

Cons:

Didn't like other gust, kids running the hallway late at night drunk parents fighting late at night. Cops had to make an appearance.Definitely needs more security.
Pool was foggy and dirty do to over run of kids, hot tub didn't work (should post event happening on website) there was two birthdayparty didn't know about

Total waste of money!
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

They let local families that were not staying at the hotel use the pool and hot tub from the time it opened till it closed, parents were drinking alcohol and kids were eating food while in the water. I payed good money to stay there and i will never stay there again!

Honest and accommodating
Pros:

This hotel had a lot of great things about it...comfortable bed, great hot breakfast with many choices, relatively quiet and very clean. Our room was incredibly hot (temp set at 86) when we got there, but we cooled it down by opening the window for a couple of hours. We left all our medications behind in our room as we were flustered by a family emergency. Ultimately, they were eventually found and the hotel shipped them to us, which was amazing customer service. Thank you

Didn't Like It
Cons:

I chose this location because the pictures looked nice and I really wanted to use the pool and hot tub after a long drive and a 12 hour shift away from home but upon arrival at 8 PM there was a note at the front desk saying the pool was closed for maintenance. The 1st floor hallway leading to the room smelled like Marijuana and my room was musty smelling, there was quite a bit of dust on the furniture and some gunk on the TV remote but otherwise it seemed clean. Overall the facility also needs a lot of updating. The breakfast was decent however they were out of coffee and pancake syrup.
