Lied to
Pros:

I only gave it a decent review because the other receptionist saved our day and life by getting us in a room asap. I think her name was Keisha. She deserves a raise and should be the manager. Even my dad who visited the party said how nice she was. Hire more people like her please!

Cons:

I have the rating I did because we called in advance 2 different times and were promised by the person at the front desk we were talking to that he had so many pool side rooms available and they would be ready early and confirmed he kept one for us. We come the next day and they tell us they had no idea about any of it and we could not get a pool side room or early. He was very rude about it too, his name started with an S I think. Did nothing to help or fix it. Didn’t even apologize even though we are pretty sure we had been the one we’ve been talking to one the phone. This was very unacceptable and the reason we will not be coming back if we can’t trust the people working for it. We’ve gone 2 years in a row because my son loves it but never again will I chance having to deal with that on an already stressful day.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Lots of things to do in the hotel and close to the hotel. I will go again. BTW I don't drink but the bar food was very good.

Overall it was good aside from the mold odor.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, location of the hotel was convenient.

Cons:

We stayed in a lower level room and it seemed like there had been some water problems.
The room we stayed in smelled of mold/mildew.

Within an hour of check in I tried to get a refund and leave the management refused to refund even after I had a large g

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at.
Filthy, stinky, felt damp and smelled of mildew. Had a heavy. HEAVY cigarette odor. Think old cheap Vegas casino.
People drunk all around from the near by bar, loud kids everywhere in the pool area and running around.

Cons:

Sewage pump hoses running along corridors out to sewer. The crate for this opening Caio g a tripping hazard at the #2 first floor entrance.
The price. It’s misleading because the photos online and the price make you feel your getting a decent place
Don’t be fooled! This place should be in the $50/nightly range

Don't ever book here. It's horrible
Cons:

They made us wait 30 minutes to check in..they set someone up in a room that wasn't clean and still had things in it. We got placed in the basement and a lot of weird looking people, looked homeless or like crackheads. It smelled like mildew and wet dog. The pool smelled funny and adults were throwing ice into the hot tub. Daughter woke up w a rash.

Great potential but they just aren't pulling it off.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. On par with any other included breakfast I've had at a hotel. The pool atrium was nice and spacious with lots of natural light.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't available on all days. Not even access to the room for a cold breakfast. The atrium skylights leaked like a sieve and I never got to find that arcade they said they had.
