Pros:

it was not so bad at first , the night shift worker was a lot nicer and respectful compared to the morning staff.

Cons:

the morning staff is very rude and acts like you’re bothering them when you have any questions or concerns. i was also scammed out of $25 from a $100 pet deposit when i checked out the front desk lady told me id receive the full refund back after they went to check my room, i only got $75 back when i called to figure out why she told me to come back and check my room myself. so i did and they said bc there is pet hair on the floor they’re keeping $25 as a inconvenience. they were gonna clean the room anyway and change the sheets but they refused to give me any money back so if i could give no stars i would.
