The whole hotel looked a bit worn inside, but still in good condition. There were so many modern facilities inside. The bed and the pillows were very very comfortable. It was one of the best during my 6 hotel tour in Europe. The bathroom was fair enough. A bit tiny, but managable. I liked the scent of the soap, shampoo, everything. Hairdryer worked well, and I think the air conditioner too (I can't remember clearly. At least I don't remember, that I had a problem with it.) My window looked out to the quiet entrance of a courtyard. I was happy that I could open and close the window. It's very important to me. The breakfast place was just enchanting. The huge slanted skylights gave me the feeling of being on a terrace. The breakfast was very good, with so many option. They served fresh lemon for the tea, but unfortunatelly there was no black tea. I arrived a bit late for breakfast (1-1,5 hour before closing), but there was still some food to choose from. However, I didn't see the empty trays being replenished with fresh food. The staff memebers were very kind and helpfull.
My room. I choosed my room after the photos, and I didn't get that room. I prefered a single bed, with more space in the room for others. On the picture I chosed, there was a long table and more place on the floor next to the bed. My room had a double bed, which occupied the whole room. There was a small fold-out table, and some shelf at the door. I supposed to stay for 5 nights, but I got the room next to the elevator, which is the busiest/loudest part of the corridor. I didn't ask the room from the photo at the reception because of the following...
The location. I checked the location before I booked this room, but I was told, that Hermann Plazt is a good transportation center, and has easy access for so many metro, tram, bus everything. When I arrived on a quiet Sunday afternoon in mid-summer, it was still daylight, but a groupf of men started to follow me from the metro station to the entrance of this hotel. Next day I checked this area and I learnt that it's a very dangerous place after the Sun goes down. I had a program, that I should go home on my own after midnight almost every night. After this daylight incident there was no way to me to stay there. If you are traveling alone, plan to arrive back to the hotel late in the night and you aren't a buff bodybuilder whose appearance is intimidating, I would not recommend booking accommodation in this whole area. If you are in a group and have no plan to stay out in the night, this hotel could be a nice place to stay (I guess). I'm sorry. The hotel should deserve a better comment, but the area not.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Ich habe etwas im zimmer vergessen und habe per mail auch prompt eine antwort bekommen.
Trotz der belebten Lage war es ruhig.
Der Blick auf das Fitnessstudio bietet eine gute Aussicht :)
Die Lage ist super und man kommt von dort aus überall gut hin.
Parkplatz ist ca. 600m entfernt und sehr günstig für Berlin. Der Dönerladen gegenüber ist auch super.
Es gab 1x Flasche Wasser grstis auf dem Zimmer als kleine Erfrischung bei heißen Temperaturen

Clean hotel, nice staff and good air conditioning.
Location is great, but the hotel surroundings were a bit rough, with dodgy people and homeless roaming around. Not the hotels fault obviously.
