Good place for our late night to early morning layover (10 pm to 4 am)
Pros:

Shuttle was convenient and quick. And provided service at 4 am which we needed for an early flight. Room itself was very nice.

Cons:

Hallways were a little tired.

Absolutely not worth staying here.
Pros:

Cons:

The fact we got locked in our room wasnt good as the lock was broken.whilst our uber food was outside the door. When I booked the continental breakfast was included but when I asked at the desk was told the restaurant is seperate and it isn't available. They wouldn't help me with luggage when I arrived and im disabled.

It was a good property.
Pros:

Staff at reception and shuttle driver

Cons:

The exterior surroundings/neighbourhood. The bedding (sheets) did not feel crisp and clean. I’m sure they must have been clean however felt like they were slept in.

Pros:

The bed was really comfortable, so were the pillows 😊

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

The toilet paper holder was not secure in the bathroom counter and not easy to use as is

Place to rest near Pearson airport at a bargain price.
Pros:

the beds were comfortable and the room was clean

Cons:

we could hear guests from the next room. The hallway was stuffy, with a smell of dust. TV remote didn’t function and the shuttle didn’t come as frequently as some other hotels (e.g. Holiday Inn)
