Great location if you are looking to head to get to the airport easily. The shuttle was a huge bonus
Pros:

The front-desk team were all AMAZING! We arrived later in the day/evening, and the team welcomed us whilst also juggling other guests and a customer on the phone.

The team on in the morning were equally welcoming and super helpful with our Shuttle to the airport.

The onsite restaurant was also a highlight. We had breakfast on the morning we were checking out. Whilst there was only one team member working looking after all guests, she was AMAZING! - cannot say that enough. She took everyone's orders and just kept making sure everyone was okay!

Cons:

Not a dislike. The rooms are a little dated, but safe.

Cons:

The hot tube not working. The building a strange smell when I entered thr hallway. Staff were helpful didnt have safe to store my personal items. Just really disappointed in the hot tube been down. Me and my family were really looking forward foe our vacation time. Had to go holiday inn after.

Pros:

The staffs are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bedding and towels are good quality.

Cons:

Couldn't get the TV to work.

Pros:

Very comfortable, great staff, extremely helpful.

Cons:

Hot tub broken and was not informed ahead of time. We booked specifically for the hot tub because I have fibromyalgia and after a LONG day in Toronto I needed a good long soak in the hot tub. Unfortunately, I'm now in agony because it wasn't available.
