Pros:

Friendly staff, good location

Cons:

Airport shuttle marked Best Western Plus, we were searching for BW Airport. Driver did not know that Airport was part of the name.
As a result, we were out in the cold for a much longer wait than necessary. As we were instructed to call a 1-800 number, it would be a simple solution that the person answering the phone,would instruct the clients to watch for a shuttle marked BW plus

Pros:

Cons:

I never received the 150$ damage fee they forced me to pay upon arrival. It was supposed to be returned to me after 3 to 4 business days. It was never received. Ripped off and never staying there again

Overall I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel
Pros:

Pretty much everything, location was key for us to be close to the airport, price was fantastic and the property was super clean!

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that you can only pay ($150 fee) with a credit card. Mind you the staff were very accommodating however, for those of us who don’t (and choose not to) have a credit card, this caused me to stress more than I needed to.

Another excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent stay once again, we just needed a good place to stay prior to our trip to Mexico and love this place, we were upgraded to a suite due to being best western members which is always a nice perk. Rooms clean, quiet area, good food and service in the restaurant. We could not figure out how to use the jacuzzi tub but hopefully can manage it next time

Basic, practical accommodations for one night
Pros:

Airport transfer, toileteries

Cons:

Hotel is basic and drab. Location felt industrial - no place to walk around.

I stayed at the Best Western Ariel Heathrow in London and the look and feel there was modern, homey and welcoming. This Best Western missed the mark.

This is one of our go-to hotels for flying out of Pearson Airport.
Pros:

Price was great. Close to the airport with a free shuttle. The room was great, comfortable beds, clean, nice pillows.

Cons:

No complaints.

Cons:

I’m waiting shuttle too long. And when I paid there write about breakfast and I paid it 9€ but in morning they said me they have only breakfast in cafe and I need to pay this.
And they not return my deposit yet

Pros:

The front desk people were great. We arrived very late and were given a room upgrade. We were advised to book our next morning shuttle time right away, which we appreciated.

Cons:

We were late arriving, and then we had to wait a long time for a shuttle. In hind site, this was not a good value for us.

Close to the airport, comfortable and great prices
Pros:

We had an 8 hr night time layover and this was the perfect place to get some rest. It is close to the airport, very affordable, clean and comfortable. There is also an airport shuttle service. It was perfect for our needs
