Pros:

Everything else was good

Cons:

The parking was terrible, our truck barely fit anywhere and had to climb over to driver side to get out ,we also seen other smaller vehicles having trouble as well with parking .

Room 214 AC did not work and room was known for being “hot and not very comfortable, known to be hot I was handed a fan LOUD FAN like a industrial fan to “cool”our stay absolutely unacceptable and not ok when I have a child with sensory problems as a fan that loud disturbs my sons stay

We had to pay for two rooms since your listing was incorrect!
Pros:

The booking com said there were three beds in the room: 2 queens and a pull out couch. There was no pull out couch so we had to get two rooms. 😩

Exceeded my expectations, but there few things that would made the stay perfect.
Pros:

Very close to where we were going, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

Cons:

1. Bathroom tub needed to be cleaned better.
2. The lady who was at the desk the day we left was very stand offish and kind of rude. The general staff was great.

I don’t like the fact that there is only one entrance into the hotel and our room was all the way in the back of the hotel. There was mold on the bathroom door.
