Pros:

Comfortable and clean room, good check-in experience. Nice options for the provided breakfast. Excellent location: The Buttery with its amazing pastries is just up the street, and the best Thai food I've had in quite some time is literally across the street.

Cons:

If you've got four people in the room and want to watch something on the couch, they won't actually fit lol. You can roll in the desk chair but not as comfy.
Weirdly there's only coffee in the rooms, tea is in the lobby. So you have to know that in advance if you want a cuppa in the room.

Pros:

It’s a nice property on a busy street with a lot of nose

Cons:

The parking is horrible the first night there was no parking we had to park on the street and when we checked in the lady was very overwhelmed and rude she apologized stated “I’m having a really rough night.” Housekeeping does not show up we needed to request for fresh towels and for our room to get cleaned. For the price you’re better off somewhere else.

My opinion
Pros:

Clean room quick walk to a great restaurant called the hind quarter.

Cons:

Walls were thin and heard kids running above us at night could here people clearly as you walked by their room .

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable however there was a bright light coming thru the living area where my son slept. It shined all night thru the glass block window and the curtain wasn’t long enough to cover. The fireplace was not in working order either and for what I paid it was a bit disappointing . However it was a good stay.

Very noisy from the outside window.
