The breakfast was good, plenty of variety
The Room could have been a cleaner, there was dust around the mirror frames, the bathroom floor corners could use a good scrub, the shower floor needs to be redone, there was a fireplace that didn’t work. For the money I paid it was not worth it

I cannot believe they actually advertise the pull out sofa for a suitable replacement as a second bed. It was the most uncomfortable thing I or my kids have ever had to sleep on. I raised concerns to the front desk and booking.com and neither of you did anything about it. Highly disappointed and I will not use them or your website again.
The suite was beautiful, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The facility was beautiful inside. The parking was decent, although small spaces. We walked to a few restaurants, and it was very central to a lot of activities and restaurants. It was easy to get to. We would stay there again.
We requested maintenance to come fix one of the doors to the bathroom, he came the next day and stated he would be back later. He never came back. The door didn't latch correctly, so it never closed. We had tools in our car, so my husband fixed it himself, but we attempted to let them fix it for the first 24 hours. Nope. We didn't even tell them we fixed it, but I'm sure they'll figure it out. The hot tub area needs some photos. It felt like being in an isolated white hole with a funky in-ground hot tub.

The water I our tub/shower would not drain and there was no one to fix it. They told us to shower in our own dirty water. We were finally able to move rooms but the new room was filthy, and the mattress was too small for the frame, the bed was uncomfortable, and curly hairs and old food crumbs everywhere.
The room was dirty, drawers would stay open and my daughter got hurt, found bugs in the bed, shower faucet broken, and bed uncomfortable. The window was covered so light and always black. Very creepy.

The bed was super hard like a wooden board. It was so uncomfortable. The linens are the cheapest you can get. The breakfast looked disgusting.
