The staff were lovely and the location was good but this is not a 4* hotel.

But this is not a 4 star hotel and should not be marketed as one.

We were very disappointed.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ungenügend. Für die Menge von Leuten war es zu wenig und das Nachlegen der leeren Schalen dauerte sehr lange und es war wieder sehr wenig.

Pros:

Ubicación: en el centro, pero tranquilo. A 2 minutos de tranvía y a menos de 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren. Rodeado de mil sitios donde poder comer y supermercado. Y a 10 minutos de la catedral.
Desayuno: es espectacular en variedad y comodidad.
Ambiente: es un hotel muy tranquilo, y con muchísimos detalles que te hacen sentirte como en casa: hay un dispensador de agua gratis en la entrada. Puedes llevarte una botella a la habitación y rellenarla cuantas veces quieras. También hay una máquina de café gratis en la entrada, un futbolín. Además, en las habitaciones, hay un herbidero de agua y sobres de café y tazas, El personal era encantador, dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento. La entrada tiene un espacio con sofás, juegos y mesas super acojedor donde te puedes sentar a descansar.

Cons:

El aspecto exterior del hotel no se corresponde con el interior: parece un edificio oscuro y sucio por la fachada y, para nada es así por dentro.
Hay unas normas extrañas del servicio de limpieza que, quizás por el idioma, no entendimos bien cuando llegamos: si no pones un cartel en la puerta, el servicio de limpieza te llama a la puerta temprano para limpiarla. con bastante energía. Si no quieres que te la limpien debes poner en el pomo exterior el cartel de la pausa (te la limpiarán maás tarde) o el de que te recojan simplemente las papeleras. No es algo negativo, porque las chicas del servicio de limpieza dejaron todo impecable y eran superamables, pero el sistema (que no entendimos) si nos resultó algo extraño. Lo comento por si te puede ayudar.

Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta, staff muy amable, café y agua de cortesía que se aprecian mucho. La habitación hermosa, amplia y con mucho espacio de guardado, balcon con una vista abierta, camas comodas y muy buen wifi. El desayuno excelente, muy variado y de calidad.
