Le coin boisson, le petit-déjeuner

Cons:

On m’avait dit qu’il n’y avait plus de place de parking quand j’avais appelé au moment de la réservation.
Je me suis garé à 15 min de marche et en arrivant à l’hôtel, on voulait me faire payer le parking et j’avais bien une place de réservée

The staff and the location were good, but the facilities were disappointing for a four star hotel

All staff encountered were excellent. The location of the hotel is a real plus.

Cons:

The lift was out of order for three days! In general, the hotel decor is a little tired. The toilet in our room was very small and cramped.

Kahvaltı almadığımız için onun hakkında yorum yapamayacağım ama lobide ücretsiz içecekler vardı, güzel bir detaydı. Merkezi konumu işimizi kolaylaştırdı, her yere yürüyerek gidebildik. Personel de iletişim konusunda gerçekten iyiydi.

Cons:

Oda gerçekten küçüktü, üç kişi için biraz sıkıştık. Buzdolabı olmaması bizim için sorun oldu, çocuk için aldığımız şeyleri saklayacak yer bulamadık. Terlik de yoktu, bu tarz otellerde standart bir şey olduğu için eksikliğini hissettik.

A disponibilização de agua e café na entrada do hotel e a loicalização que é muito boa.

Cons:

Sala pequena para tantos hospedes e uma lacuna grande que é a pouca variedade de fruta cortada. os lugares de estacionamento são muito pequenos, o preço cobrado é um pouco elevado e como alguns hospedes abusam do seu espaço, não lhes é transmitida a informação para utilização responsavel do espaço.

Расположение прекрасное. Персонал очень дружелюбен, в холле всегда есть кофе, булочки и вода, которую можно набрать в бутылку и забрать в номер. Номер небольшой,но уютный, есть ванна. а не только душ. что очень важно. От вокзала 10 минут пешком, все достопримечательности близко.

Beautiful hotel right in the center of the city
Pros:

The location was perfect, centrally lacated with easy access to all main attractions in the city center and lively spots around. Tram access was very easy and the distance from the main station was close even on foot. Breakfast was abundant and with many options and they offered us the option of free coffee, tea and water 24/7.

Cons:

The only problem during our stay was the lift that was breaking down often, otherwise everything was perfect. One minor thing was the noise from an outside air condition unit that was continuous day and night in the courtyard where our room was looking.
