Well located. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Washing machine and dryer facilities are dated. Coins are required to operate. You need to run the Dyer more than once for clothes to dry. Dyer needs to be updated must be more friendly for people without coins/cash.

Pros:

There was a microwave and decent sized fridge, as well as crockery and cutlery. The desk was large and there was also a coffee table. There were plenty of towels, so there were many conveniences. Carpet and upholstery looked clean. WiFi is password protected.

Cons:

Coffee maker was a water jug and instant coffee. If that had been clear, I would have brought my own. There was a very large chip on the bottom of the tub/shower, which was unsightly. Couldn't tell if there was rusty or dirty. That needs to be repaired.
