Noisy - but clean and comfortable
Pros:

Location is good, walkable to Dickson, in a nice suburb, felt safe.
Room well equipped, clean and comfy beds.

Cons:

The noise was horrendous. Echoey corridor, doors slamming and people being loud all the time. You could hear absolutely everything.
Rooms are tired and furniture shows significant signs of wear and tear.
Room not ready when we arrived.

Cons:

Bathroom tired, mould in tile grout and bathtub. Clean but old.
Only 1x set of cutlery/crockery for 2x people, asked for more at receptionand was no issue for a second set, but forst impressions not great

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location.

Cons:

The room was dirty. There were blood stains on the curtains and floor, and a large dead squashed fly still stuck to the roof above the door.
