Discounted rate not due to end of summer but because it is a construction site. Falsely advertised.
Cons:

The room looked nothing like its photo! There is a lot of renovation and construction going on. Was woken really early to workmen yelling to each other from a distance and speaking very loudly right outside our door. Arrived tired and left tired. Would not recommend.
