Pros:

muy viejo y poco cuidado

Cons:

viejo y no cuidado. moqueta hasta en el ascensor. limpieza del baño inexistente, habia algunas esquinas que daban miedo. nos quedamos porque no habia otra opcion. paguen unos 300 euros por una noche. Muy deficiente y no recomendable

High cost for poor value
Pros:

The only thing decent with this place was the buffet breakfast

Cons:

Very tired building. Out side the room, the wall comes out to make the corridor quite narrow. There is hazard tape to stop you walking into it. The room was very tired and needs a good over haul. The wall with window is at an angle. The bathroom was a decent size however with the wall at a slant, the shower over the bath is extremely narrow. Being 6 foot and skinny I felt claustrophobic

It suited us fine for a warm & clean place to sleep for the night, but the price is high considering what you’re get
Pros:

The staff at breakfast were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was pretty simple.

Cons:

It’s pretty expensive for what it is. I imagine it’s because of how popular both Skye and Kyleakin are among tourists. The rooms were fine. They weren’t gleaming or polished but I certainly wouldn’t be overly worried about hygiene. It’s just the price that’s a bit frustrating.

Overnight stay on the way home
Pros:

Bathroom was refurbished. Windows looked new. Nice big tv with channels that worked.

Cons:

The remainder of the room needed tlc. Unable to open bathroom window so no ventilation. Bed was lumpy. Needed new mattress. Mirror on back of door had a piece missing. Should have been removed to make the room look better. There was another mirror on the wall so no need to keep a broken one.

Pros:

Díjmentesen mondhattam le a foglalást.

Cons:

A booking.com-on keresztül téves információt kaptam a hotel nyitvatartásáról. Konkrétan olyan üzenetet, hogy egész szezonban nem lesz nyitva. Ezért másik szállást kellett keresnem. A foglalás napján felhívtak ebből a hotelből, hogy miért nem foglaltam el a szobákat, az érvényes foglalásom ellenére. Nem értettem, hogyan lehet érvényes a foglalás, ha ki sem nyitottak. Tájékoztattak, hogy ez esetben is le kell mondanom a foglalást a booking.com oldalán, amit meg is tettem a telefonhívást követően. Értékeltem, hogy mindezet díjmentesen tehettem meg. Sajnos a booking.com-mal kapcsolatban nagyon rossz tapasztalataim vannak, adathalász üzeneteket kaptam a rendszeren keresztül.
