Comfortable stay
Pros:

We stayed for 5 nights and found the room and communal areas comfy and welcoming. We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks goes out to the restaurant staff who adapted meals to accommodate my coeliac disease and made me feel very safe.

Für Durchreise ausreichend
Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt. Haus ist sehr verwinkelt. Aufzug war zwar vorhanden , aber es mussten immer wieder vereinzelt Treppen überwunden werden. Bad war winzig und nach dem duschen war alles nass.

Pros:

The room was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, the choice was fantastic and quality was excellent. all freshly prepared.

Cons:

Food and drinks were very expensive on the restaurant menu, staff in the breakfast hall were a bit overwhelmed which made service a bit slow.

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire location was quiet and peaceful.

We had a great time sitting and talking in the sun room where we could enjoy the view of the water and just relax.

Breakfast was quite enjoyable and the food was delicious.

Cons:

The afternoon tea setting was a little more casual than I expected but it was still delicious and worth the time and money.

Staat van interieur. Oud en versleten. De eerste kamer die we kregen had een volledig versleten matras en rook vies. Toen het beddengoed eraf werd gehaald zat er een grote gele vlek in beide toppers. Vloerbedekking door hele pand is vies. Ontbijt is matig.

Pros:

Frukosten är omfattande och vällagad. Det är inte buffe utan beställning görs vid bordet. Enhetspris oavsett vad man beställer.

Cons:

Det var problem med vattnet. Ömsom fanns inget varmvatten. Ömsom inget kallvatten. Rummet var i varmaste laget och det fanns ingen AC.

Cozy room!
Pros:

The Oban Bay hotel was a very cozy stay for us. Overall it is clean and has all the comforts of home. It was a little further from the center of town than we would usually like, but it had a nice bar and restaurant with a great view that was able to get us fed a delicious meal for the evening. I would stay here again.

Main notes as an FYI: There is no elevator, so if you have specific needs make sure to let them know.

Lovely place to stay.
Pros:

It’s a lovely Hotel, overlooking the Loch. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was spotless, but I would book a Double next time. Lovely meals. Great chef.

Pros:

Location was stunning. Rooms very comfortable and decent size.

Cons:

Staff were a bit indifferent. I stayed 2 nights and dined in both nights and had very ordinary service from the bar staff especially and very average restaurant service.
Interesting that coffee sachets were available in-room but no teabags????

When we booked we thought breakfast was included but discovered on arrival our cost was for room only. Think booking.co

Location was good and very friendly staff

Cons:

We were hoping to use the spa facilities but we didn’t know until we arrived that there was no pool, but they did have thermal spa which had to be pre booked. We tried to book the spa but there was no time available so that was disappointing!

Nice hotel but not a 4 star, and a poor parking situation.
Pros:

Breakfast room, food and staff were the highlight. The front bar and staff were also a highlight when we had a nightcap. Room was comfortable. Overall, a decent hotel but I wouldn't rate it 4 stars.

Cons:

The parking situation wasn't good...the reservation made it seem as if there was a car park. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. to check in and all spots were full. Reception told us to go to a public car park but it was filled with campers (that looked like they had been there for a while). We ended up parking on the street.
