Delightful time wife was at a conference and we went to the Moda Center. Very close snd convenient hotel

Cons:

We thought we had a king sized bed when we made the reservations. When we arrived there weren’t any king sized beds available. The bed we slept on was the size of a double….even though it was called a queen.

Pros:

Demanded I pay for the from upfront even when I showed them the receipt from paying in advance through Capital One.

On top it all the fire alarm went off in the early morning hours. Was told we would be refunded a for one night. Then told that since we booked not directly through them all we got was certificate for a night at this location when we are out of state travelers.

This is all when I tried to give this place a second chance after literally trying to give my room away a year before which was also prepaid for directly though them.

Don’t stay here, there are plenty of other area hotels with decent rail access and close enough rates

It was awesome
Pros:

Tommy was amazing 👏 he helped us and made sure we had drinks and dessert. We almost didn't come back since last night and are so glad we came back because of tommy

Besides the TV and Ice machine not working, it was good.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Good breakfast. Good location across the street from Lloyd Center.

Cons:

The TV worked but could not get any channels. Ice machine was broken on the 5th floor.
