The bar in the hotel needs to stay open longer as long as customers are there as it was shut by 11. Also, I was not ever forwarded my bar bill just charged. I’m sure it was correct, but it’s just not ideal.
Location
Breakfast disappointing although a lot of choice and staff inflexible. Rooms very small and basic with limited facilities. Had to ask for a luggage rack, which apparently should have been pre-ordered. Car park £19/day and couldn’t find the lifts to the hotel so had to carry heavy suitcases down about 4 flights of stairs.

No tea making facility only coffee pod machine with no instructions how to use it. I'd rather drink tea than coffee.
Due to cancelled flights got this last minute. Checked in by a lovely guy and the room beautiful and very comfortable bed. Meticulously clean.
Again, stuff lovely at breakfast, a young girl did amazingly well in keeping calm whilst a grown woman was giving her a hard time over green tea. I know. Personally wasn’t keen on the coffee and hot food, but as I say, beautiful surrounds and breakfast staff excellent and again so clean.

Clean rooms, lots of coat hangers and iron in room. Gorgeous white company toiletries. Comfy bed and quiet location. Integral access to car park once checked in. Lovely breakfast with a view and piano player. Lots of plug sockets, light and charge points on both sides of bed, curtains were excellent quality and we're designed to overlap so kept light out well.
One of the two lifts wasn't working, ordinarily we would have taken the stairs to go down for breakfast but this didn't seem possible without going out to the car park. Room was quite hot as no aircon, although two fans were provided. The view was rubbish but I don't go to a hotel to stare out of the window so that was no big deal.
