l'hotel est bien placé et le personnel est sympa
tout est vieux, ça meriterait un bon rafraichissement, à commencer par les ascenseur. Quand il y en 1 sur 2 qui tout le temps en panne, on attend parfois des plombes.
Bed was very comfy and staff were very pleasant on arrival and departure. Good to have water provided in the room.
Room's walls were paper thin and you could hear everything that was said next door! Decor was a bit tired.
Amazing staff - especially very helpful & friendly Receptionist who addressed me by name the following morning on check out. Lovely spacious room on top floor with harbour views: coffee maker, tea, biscuits etc. Nice bathroom & shower. Fabulous location. Car park £19 overnight with hotel discount (it’s Bristol!).
Only one lift working so a bit of a wait sometimes.
The check in process was smooth, car parking is easy, the deluxe twin room was comfortable. The breakfast options were excellent. The staff were all professional and friendly. The breakfast room staff were especially polite and helpful even when they were extremely busy. There was one staff person who was particularly warm and friendly - she was greeting and assigning guests to tables when they became free.
It would have been perfect if there were more staff and tables during breakfast. The staff were obviously working extremely hard but it was very busy and guests had to queue for a table during the morning rush.
The restaurant was good.
Checking in took over two hours. A combination of chaos and incompetence.
The lighting throughout the hotel was abysmal. The room was poorly lit as was the restaurant and the lounge area. Reading, even the menu was extremely difficult.
The layout of the bedroom desk/mirror made putting on make extremely difficult.

Very clean inside and lovely room, we stayed due to booking in zaza bazzar for a meal. Had a lovely surprise in room as we were there for early anniversary break.

Where we sat staff were passing us both ways to kitchen? Brushing past us ( little space) . So quite hectic while eating.
A great choice for staying in the centre of Bristol. We were able to park in the adjacent car park. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of hot and cold dishes. By the time we had added car parking and breakfast to the basic room costs this was not the cheapest option in Bristol but it served us well for our one night stay.
L'access, L areception a l'hotel et le personnel tres acceuillant et serviable. Un hotel de luxe qui est agreable a vivre, un excellent petit dejeuner. Proche du Harbour, il est facile de se promoner au centre ville dans les rues tres animees et remplies de restaurents et activites, shopping etc.. Nous recommondons a 100% cet Hotel !!

Love this hotel. The location is perfect & it feels like a treat to stay at.
The only annoying thing was that one of the lifts wasn’t working so we had to wait a bit longer.

Le petit déjeuner était excellent.
Il n'y avait pas de porte bagage dans la chambre, pas de crochets pour suspendre les serviettes de toilette et les vêtements dans la salle de bain. Il n'y avait pas de plateau de thé ou de café dans la chambre.
Good location
Rooms are tired and dated. Windows lack sufficient noise insulation. Air conditioning is a stand alone unit next to your bed. It’s so loud you would never be able to sleep with it on. Some rooms have no temperature control at all. Overall the hotel is quite rundown and fails to meet the basic requirements of a hotel.
