Well located hotel with high standard of accommodation.
Pros:

Excellent location. All the staff I encountered were helpful. Lovely bedroom: well equipped. Great towels in the bathroom. Terrific breakfast.

Second time we have stayed, we stay at least once a year and will stay again. The staff are very good.
Pros:

This hotel is very clean and friendly. It is also in a great location for us.

Cons:

There are no stairs in the hotel only lifts, which I don’t like. You have to use the car park stairs next to the hotel.

Cons:

Ik had gevraagd dat het vlees medium-rare werd gebakken. Ik kreeg het vlees en het was helemaal doorbakken en je kon het vergelijken met een schoenzool. Niet tevreden over dat geld dat ik heb betaald.

Smart hotel on the harbour front.
Pros:

Classy and right in the centre of Bristol. Smart rooms, comfortable bar and lounge, excellent breakfast with harbour views. If you can get a good rate it beats much of the competition.
