We spent a night here as a journey break. Its right at the Princess street easy access to multiple restaurants, coffee shops , bus stops all are in walking distance. The restaurant overlooks the canal . The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. They do have a lift every floor and the restaurant access does have stairs. But for my elderly parents they took them down to the ramp as my mom can not do so many steps. There were toiletries, and our room had robes and slippers. I think the hotel will get hot during summer. The beds were comfy but the mattresses were very high ! The multistorey parking is right next to it and you can access it from every floor which is very handy. But you have to pay for breakfast and parking separately which is slightly reduced. Overall a comfortable stay .
So my mom's mobility is quite restricted and she is quite small. They tried to accommodate my elderly parents which I appreciate.They do have a room for disability with toilets and for carer. The bed mattresses are quite high. I am not sure how a wheelchair user would access that. Unless you have your own equipment but even then it seems quite high for me . So if you do use wheelchair please ask about the height. Or if you are someone small with severe arthritis like my mom it will be difficult to push yourself up on the bed. The hotel did not provide any assistance with that. Fortunately I always carry a folding step with me for her access so we could use that.
The parking spaces are also quite narrow , typical of English big city
The hotel does provide table fans and you can slightly open the windows but I feel the rooms will get very hot in summer

We prefere single duvet.
The location is perfect not far from the night entertainment.
The facility are excellent e.g. gym and restaurant.
The staff are very helpful.
In 321 room the bathroom unit sticks out and could hurt someone. Due to it been close to the door. Mostly a fault in the design dec.

Location, views, breakfast and service. Parking alongside the hotel was an added bonus.
I really liked the hotel and location
My room was street side, it was SO noisy I barely slept. I checked the windows in case they were open but they were shut. The noise of buses stopping, traffic, drunk people shouting, deliveries and it was slightly cold so put heating on and the heater was old and also very noisy.

The Smart TV wasn't set up to enable any of the smart TV capabilities, it was limited to cable TV only.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Bristol hotel. Staff very friendly room very comfortable and clean, great location. Had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant good atmosphere lovely view of river.
