Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen, trotz lebhafter Umgebung war es im Zimmer angenehm leise. Das Empfangspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man hat uns bei einem Abrechnungsproblem mit einem benachbarten Parkhaus sehr gut helfen können.
Beim Frühstück war die Versogung mit Kaffee mehrmals ein Problem (3x nachgefragt und dann noch nicht mal 'sorry' gesagt), einmal gab es eine lange Warteschlange am Eingang, um überhaupt frühstücken zu können.
Im Zimmer wäre ein Kühlschrank nicht schlecht gewesen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt am Avon und perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Fassade des Hotels ist nicht so schön, dafür passt innen alles zu 100%. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig mit einem tollen Blick auf die Kathedrale.

Not much. We held our wedding reception there 40 years to the day, so had happy memories, most of which evaporated on contact with the building today.
Room, and indeed all the facilities, were "Lilliputian"; the bathroom was exceptionally small. The massive bed took up almost all of the available floor space. Nowhere to put anything down, little wardrobe space. And the air-conditioning unit was noisy and ineffective. And, as it was late August, we didn't need a 10 Tog duvet!
We went for a drink in bar the first evening and, aside from the massive bill for underwhelming results, the live piano was so loud and out of tune that we eventually decided to leave. That's not to mention the heavy depressing playlist!
Can't help feeling that when building the hotel, they gave too much space to the car park and not enough to human habitation.
We traveled with our dog and we had a set of doggy beddings and accessories left ready by our room's door. Thought it was a nice touch.
No mini fridge and the position of the kettle was a bit awkward to use (almost on the floor level in the cupboard)
Great location and the staff team are always so professional: Pablo was again so welcoming and so helpful, very impressive!
