We had an amazing stay! They were incredibly fast and let us drop off our bags and check into our room as early as 10:00 AM, which was a huge.
Breakfast:They provide a great breakfast service at extra cost.
Cleanliness:The room was spotless and perfectly maintained.

Location is great not too far not to close from the centre , you can easily walk anywhere

Fabulous hotel , within walking distance of town centre . Rooms had all amenities, a very comfortable nights sleep.
Cooked breakfast was amazing so much choice on cooked and continental . Lovey clean dining room with minimal staff, ran very efficiently.

Lovely hotel ideally situated for York City centre. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had the breakfast and it was very enjoyable with plenty of choice.
This was a GREAT hotel to be at after jumping from multiple countries and cities throughout the first part of our trip. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a large variety of options and was served in a spacious room. We got to the hotel a bit too early but the bag storage process was quick, easy, and safe which allowed us to go explore more before coming back for an official check-in. Loved our stay here and wish it was for longer. Location felt safe and is an easy straight walk right to the Shambles.

It's located a short walk from the centre. There are some pubs, shops, a cinema and restaurants near which was perfect of an evening. Great for me as a solo traveller.
On the whole a good stay. A shavers magnifying mirror would be a nice addition. I usually carry my own makeup one.
