Great value for money and well decorated
Pros:

Cleaned to a very high standard staff friendly and located close to city centre. Good quality drink at the bar available to. Room was very well decorated. I loved the ghost side table adding character and linking to York nicely

Cons:

The only negative I found was that the bathroom was cold but this soon was rectified after a warm shower

Great location, around steady 15 mins walk from station, around 15mins to shambles. Hotel budget but comfortable

Cons:

Air con in room very temprementle, and very noisy. We had front room lots of traffic noise.
Breakfast plentiful but usual buffet lukewarm n dry

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, but needs beds and air con upgrade
Pros:

Nice, clean and friendly hotel in a good location

Cons:

Although this hotel has air conditioning in every room, it is noisy and difficult to control.
Also, the bed are extremely uncomfortable

A fabulous hotel in a wonderful City.

everything. we had a fantastic overnight stay. The breakfast was out of this world. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Comfortable stay, good value for money, would use again.
Pros:

Very clean and warm, helpful staff. Convenient location and very good breakfast .
Will be booking to stay on July for my granddaughters graduation. Would recommend .

Good value with a very acceptable breakfast
Pros:

Room was very clean. A very good breakfast with exceptional bacon. The bar prices were very competitive.

The room was rather small and the air conditioning did not pump out heat when required.

Great location. Walking distance from city centre. Room was clean and cosy.

Everything was great. Except for the pretty bad smell from the toilet, I believe, at the lift area to go to the rooms
