Excellent location, very good breakfast, very good value
Location of the hotel is very good just outside the city walls.The breakfast was very good with excellent staff looking after the tables.
In the lift lobby and lifts a nasty smell so bad we felt we had to hold our breath and whatever spray was used to disguise it made it worse

Excellent breakfast options, room is perfect size with good shower, they provide us with special fire alarm for Deaf customers. It is not far from the city wall/gate and York railway station. I would go back again if I visit York again.
