La struttura nel complesso è bella: la hall molto, l’accoglienza da parte del personale ottima.

Cons:

La mia stanza era molto rumorosa perché in prossimità di tubature enormi che si accendevano e spegnevano per tutta la notte.
La colazione, per quanto buono il cibo come qualità è molto apprezzabile l’enorme scelta, era disorganizzata con gli alimenti che finiscono (pane, yogurt, formaggi…) e dalla cucina ci mettono troppo tempo a ripristinarli costringendo gli ospiti ad aspettare .

Nice, comfortable stay!
Pros:

I enjoyed the size of the bed itself which was very comfortable and it was clean.

Cons:

The actual doorway is really skinny where only one person can get through at a time and the shower, for a disability room, was particularly difficult to navigate when it came to showering. Fixtures and the overall look of the bathroom needs updating.

I do not recommend this hotel for accommodation

I forgot cash in the room safe after check-out and contacted the hotel, but I was informed that nothing was found. Although I understand it was partly my responsibility, the way the situation was handled was very unprofessional and dismissive. This completely spoiled my impression of the stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

One administrator reacted dismissively, telling me to “do whatever you want.

Excelente hotel, café da manhã e atendimento. Facil acesso ao centro, apena pensei que seria dentro
