La chambre trop belle grande et confortable

Desayuno justo. el tostador no iba. El café no es bueno.
El personal del comedor muy amable. El de recepción justito, no se ven muy pendientes del cliente. puedes entrar en el hotel y ni te saludan. La decoración de las habitaciones y del hotel muy bonita. Está bien mantenido, solo el césped de la piscina, está muy seco por el calor. Pusieron un parche de césped artificial, si pusieran toda la zona de la piscina así quedaría muy bien. Buen tamaño de la piscina. Mobiliario del area de la piscina, muy bonito y nuevo. Área de ping pong y futbolin al lado de la piscina, genial para los niños.La zona, dónde está el hotel, no es la mejor, pero está a 10 minutos andando del centro, así que bien. . Minibar habitación gratis y te ponen agua cada día, eso está genial.

Being a long time IHG member I always try to stay with their brands. The location was really convenient being so close to the train station.

This was a perfect hotel for me. On a group tour through Italy I used airline miles and came a day early. This hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the Tram right out of the airport, including my suitcases.

Very comfortable bed, great air conditioning. Large closet and bathroom was great. Room & hotel was very clean. It was a wonderful mix of beautiful Italian charm but incredibly well updated. Really a beautiful stay. Il thrilled with my choice to stay here.

Staff very polite and helpful, everyone spoke English which IMO isn’t necessary but admittedly is helpful.

I was wiped out so chose to also eat dinner here. Delicious! I had the Cascio de Pepe with truffles and a delightful drink. Everything was so good and looked beautiful. Breakfast was very good, the fruit was perfectly ripe and full of flavor. I made two trips just for the fruit. It is in season, but so many times at a hotel the fruit is not ripe and bland.

Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff here that made my stay such a delight.

Prestations conformes au niveau attendu

We are ihg Diamond members and have stayed at many different location of IHG hotels such as Indigo hotel, the kimpton hotel and intercontinental hotel. My first impression when arrived at the indigo hotel in Florence was the decor of the lobby. Red, black and among other colors reminding me of the kimpton which was a total turn off, unwelcome and gloomy. The check-in was good but not the same standard as other indigo hotels we have stayed. The elevator was the smallest and no air conditioning which was quite uncomfortable and claustrophobic. The room we checked in has a balcony but small, the bathroom’s tub trim was moldy, the amenities and hospitalities are incomparable to U.S standard. I asked for ice and was told to come down and get it myself at the bar. Came down to the bar and the ice was given to me in a clear trash bag with no ice bucket. So unprofessional at so many levels. I would not stay at this hotel other than the convenient of getting access to the train terminal and the markets.

Everything! The staff, room, breakfast and pool were all exceptional!

Great hotel, great staff. Brought my husband a cake at breakfast for his birthday. Good room with air conditioning which was needed as it was so hot. We were on the 5th floor with a balcony with great views. Despite being on a main road and tram line this didn’t affect our sleep as we did not open the balcony door or window but used air conditioning overnight.

I would have given 5 stars if housekeeping were more on the ball. Tea bags not replaced, milk cartons not replaced, sometimes only one hand towel left. Tonic water in the mini bar was not replaced after I drank it on day one. Still not replaced when we left. These are minor issues but need to be addressed.

We would definitely stay there again.
