What should have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the poor response from reception staff.
Pros:

Location excellent for the airport

Cons:

Room very cold on arrival, reported this to reception. After 30 mins still cold so reported again - reception staff didn't show any interest. After a further 15 mins still no heat so reported for the third time - this time they offered to change our room. Left to repack and move our bags ourselves - no help given despite being in an accessible room. Was later offered a free drink by the only reception member of staff who showed any interest.
