Comfortable clean, very easy to walk to the airport
Our shower was extremely hot and wouldn’t turn down, reception took this comment seriously when we departed
Location
Step going into bathroom banging feet off it
Location to the airport, welcoming, friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and comfortable bed.
Nothing
Nice new rooms and bathrooms and looked like a well equipped gym. Nice breakfast and they had a continental breakfast available from I think around 3am for those catching early flights. Not far to walk to the airport. My fish and chips in the evening was nice too.
Comfort friendly staff
Breakfast could of been warmer
Posizione, stanze grandi e silenziose. . Personale molto efficiente e gentile
Super comfy beds, just right temperature shower
The staff at reception were welcoming, cheerful and happy to help, when checking in. The staff who provided room service was also cheerful and helpful. the linen was clean and the family room consisted of two double beds which worked fine for us. The food provided via room service was tasty.
Room service took an age, and food with service charge was pricey (almost £100. for two sandwiches, fries and sorbet). room and ensuite fixtures and fittings didn't fit well and weren't secure, moving about when you went to use them. It felt 'bodged'. Mattresses were hard. the en-suite didn't quite feel clean. Breakfast wasn't included and when we went down it was chaos! The reception staff were clearly stepping in to assist clear and clean tables, going in and out of the what appeared to be the kitchen. It was disorganised and loud, there was hardly any food available, crockery was hard to find, as was cutlery. The serving area was way to high, someone in a wheelchair or short would struggle to reach the food. I am 4' 10" and the serving area felt uncomfortably high for me, pouring a hot drink felt unsafe so I didn't bother getting a drink. The coffee machine didn't work anyway according to my husband. The evening before we had requested to book a table for breakfast but when we came down we were told to find a table anywhere! Our teen is Autistic and couldn't cope, there was nothing for her to eat, the place was in chaos and very loud, staff were nowhere to be seen to help, we hadn't been assigned a table leaving our Autistic teenager sat in tears with nothing to eat! Loads of guests and staff saw she was crying and clearly distressed and not a single staff member approached to see if everything was alright. I managed a pathetic bowl of stale rice crispies with warm, room temperature milk for myself - yuk! my husband managed to find a plate and got 'warm' English Breakfast ingredients but the scrambled egg was hard and the meats were below food safety standards, I'm certain! To cap it all off 'booking a table for breakfast and having breakfast provided' cost us an additional £14. each (£42. extra).... for what? Our teen was unable to eat any of the scraps lying around, not even a drink!
Comfy and spacious room, 10 minute walk to airport terminal
Restaurant service could be better
room extras such as good tea tray.
When i went for breakfast at 7.45 there was no food whatsoever no free tables people were even sitting on dirty tables and putting plates on floor or clearing themselves. I simply asked the one member of staff working and the team manager how long it will take to replenish the entire food stock they said it will take as long as it takes and i waited for 20 mins to just grab a yoghurt or pastry and nothing was coming out the only explanation i got was "cos we are fully booked and a tour group came down at once and we are short staffed. No excuse this should have been planned for well in advance and at least not to have to wait 30 minutes for some food. I went to an important meeting with no breakfast. If that was not bad enough the iron in my room was not working and when i asked reception, they again said sorry we are busy and as they were fully booked and i waited for 40 mins for an iron which never came. So i went to a meeting wearing a creased shirt without breakfast. Next time i will stay in a tent outside Celtic Park with a ranger's flag and the people would probably me more welcoming and helpful than the staff i encountered on the morning of 20th May 2026. I have advised my collogues and Business to book somewhere else for any Glasgow meetings next time. Shocking service by a few individuals and poor management. I get it was busy and it might just be i ran to a few bad apples and it was just bad luck and they were in a bad mood because the city was rioting a few days earlier because of the football i dont know but it was about 40 pounds more than most premier inns but there rooms are much nicer so unless this place is super cheap my advice try another brand
