Location perfect for me, needed to be near the airport. More expensive than the Travelodge but fair considering how much nicer it is
Everything was great. The only thing I could possibly think of was the lift was so very slow and sounded unwell! I chose to take the stairs once I found them.
To have had the info up front about how exactly one should be looking for the Hotel access sign on the car park without asking for it would have been great. The first time I arrived and leaving the terminal is very confusing. Never noticed that sign while trying to figure out the bus. Then that bus took us by the courtyard and I couldn't imagine walking my suitcases on the road. Which is why I asked with a message requesting how exactly do you get to the hotel.
For one person coming to an airport they have never been to where it's said, a 5/10 minute walk. Even with the directions asked for, getting there, after walking thru the car park and going by the Holiday inn, there is not a sign on the plastic walkway door. There could be a sign that says hotels this way....
When I ate at the restaurant I was given a card with those walking directions with the bill. Why couldn't the hotel have provided a jpeg with that as well?
Which by the way, we were not informed about extra service charges ahead of time on the menu.

Het hotel ligt geweldig bij de luchthaven, het is echt 5 minuten lopen, vreemd dat dit niet benadrukt wordt door het hotel zelf, de kamer is uitstekend, een zeer comfortabel bed en de separate inloopdouche is geweldig met hoge waterdruk. Ondanks de nabijheid van snelweg en luchthaven in de kamer zeer stil.
Parkeerkosten zijn hoog, GBP 18 per dag. Er is niet echt een restaurant en ik zou het nou niet een gezellige lounge noemen, maar als hotel bij de luchthaven, zowel bij vertrek als bij (late) aankomst beveel ik het hotel zeer aan (meer dan travellodge of Holiday Inn).
