No hair dryer in room. Card key was EXTREMELY difficult to unlock on back entry. Complicated TV w 2 remotes

We were happy with the hotel. Not so much with the directions.
Pros:

It was very Clean

Cons:

The directions link that was in the confirmation email took us to a completely wrong place. We were miles away from the hotel. Had to call and get directions. She said it happens a lot. She was very helpful but it was a bit stressful since we were unfamiliar with the area.

Overall appearance and cleanliness was top notch. Staff extremely engaging and friendly.

The location was very difficult to get to. Access from interstate was very confusing and difficult to navigate.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was good, and there were things to eat that most people would eat. The coffee was standard, but the eggs were real eggs from the shell.

Cons:

The area is a little close to the interstate, but was quiet enough that there was not trouble getting to sleep.
