Merced at the desk is super courteous and polite. Having staff that genuinely cares if you have a good stay or not is priceless. Rooms are clean, never had a hassle. Always a great iron when I'm working in the area.

About the best check-in possible. Merced was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. Started us off the right way for our stay with you.

Great location. Close to interstate 43
Place is a little dated, but clean and welcoming in an old fashioned way. Rooms were adequate. TV got about 3 stations, shower was clean but shower head only dribbled water just enough to shower. Pillows were not great, bed adequate. One shining star was staff, Merced who checked us in was welcoming, friendly yet professional which was certainly a breath of fresh air. All in all a good value for what we paid. Unfortunately, we were not able to make Continental breakfast. We never do. We are not early risers. Wish hotels would keep breakfast open every morning until 10 am, not just on weekends.

We want to shout out Merced for his amazing hospitality and kindness throughout the night of our stay! From the time we walked in being greeted immediately and being overly accommodated by him with great information about the space and amenities…to helping us with our hot tub he was an amazing! Merced has definitely made my fiancée and I decide to book here again and book the loft! Thank you Merced you were so amazing, knowledgeable, kind, and an overall vibe that we definitely enjoyed! Give him a raise!

I had a pretty emotional day filled with anxiety and had to find a room for the night 3 hours away from home. I found this hotel on trivago and booked it online. I was bit confused about some of the details. I called the hotel and spoke with merscade I believe his name was kinda like the car Mercedes. He reassured me and immediately made me feel better. Once I got there checkin was painless and quick and mescade once again went the extra step in making it easier for me than it was originally going to be. He literally saved me today. I was not emotionally able to deal and without him i probably world have cried the whole time. I have 20+ years customer service experience, you must give him a raise or some perk or incentive to continue to do so great. He definitely so could go work at a 5+ hotel.or resort and kill it!!!

If you like a rustic, up north, getaway feeling this is the place to go! From the moment you walk in the front doors, it’s cozy and welcoming. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The pool is fun and the rooms are clean with plenty of space. My family had a wonderful time and we would go back again. Thank you to Connie and all the wonderful staff.

This isn't your typical modernized hotel! This hotel has a log cabin feel to it, it's cozy and nostalgic. I love how the whole atmosphere flows throughout the hotel. You definitely cant find anything like this anymore! The staff is amazing and the service is prompt. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay.

We loved the cozy, rustic lobby decor. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience.
