VERY ENJOYABLE
Pros:

BEAUTIFUL ATRIUM POOL FACILITY

Cons:

HOT TUB SEEMED TO BE LESS THAN IT COULD BE. REALLY NO JET ACTION AND MY SKIN TINGLED WHICH USUALLY MEANS A CHEMICAL IMBALANCE.

If you need to sleep, this is not the place to stay.
Pros:

The room itself was good, clean and spacious.

Cons:

The property outside the room was very busy. Vehicles were circling to find a parking spot. Our room overlooked the pool area which was extremely busy with screaming kids until 9:30pm. Then, it was busy with adults until 2:30am. Even with earplugs, I could still hear them and so got little sleep. I felt like I was staying at a 24hr party resort.

No breakfast, and must have been a few hockey teams running around...they ran all over the place including the hallway

Pros:

Awesome! Front desk staff were wonderful.
It was husband's surprise bday gathering if friends and family. Staff were able to get us an early check in which was perfect timing for his surprise. It was very much appreciated and we had an incredible experience.

Good value, lovely plants, very professional staff and comfortable bed
Pros:

Value , location, confort. Called the front desk three times. Helped and courteous. Very good service.

Cons:

The refrigerator didn't have a freezer and that was problematic for travel and items i had. The air conditioning didn't work well. It was far too hot even after having someone adjust it.
