We are undergoing guest room renovations from now until December 31, 2026. The room was clean. Beds were on the firmer side which I liked. Figured out the coffee. The filter trays are inside the coffee packaging!
Staff were friendly. Clean linen readily available. The pool & hot tub was lovely
Didn't eat in the restaurant, but we had room service which was a treat. Pretty good food
I would of preferred some written information in the hotel room. Restraunt info, room service, TV guide. Not everyone uses their phone to access this stuff. The pillows were too soft for me.
But I learned that there are other pillows available if you ask but we were already checking out. Tv programs sucked. Couldn't really figure out the stations.
No freezer compartment in the mini fridge. Maybe add a mirror in the main room, not just the bathroom

Room could have been cleaner. loud construction noise and no breakfast

The mirror in the bathroom was all spotted up and quite obviously had not been cleaned, or if it was the wrong cleanser was used
We liked the location, the friendly staff at check in, and the room was a good size for 2 adults, and 2 children. It met our needs for a quick over night until we continued on our drive home to Alberta.
The room was clean enough, could just use some sprucing up. It's a bit dated, and could benefit from some updating. The bed wasn't very comfortable, the mattress could also use an update.

The exterior of the hotel was not indicative of what the hotel was like. There were lots of dried bushes around as well as there were section of the wall that were damaged but not repaired

Location
It was being renovated so room was missing baseboards, no curtains to block street lights and no hot water.
We, as a family stay at this hotel twice a year. We book multiple rooms. This is the first time we have been so disappointed.
The renovations continue even though their signage says differently. Above our room there was constant banging and loud noise that went into the early evening and started again the next morning. Making sleeping in impossible. We had no cold water and had to have a maintenance man in our room at 9:00 pm. Apparently the construction workers had turned it off.

Staff was rude, smelled bad, building in disarray, lamps broken, walls, chipped, room wasn't cleaned
