The atrium was nice

The cleanliness of the hotel was great. Staff was friendly
There was only one elevator, which my 66 yr old mother was displaced from when there was a medical emergency occurring at the hotel during our stay. There was also a fire alarm panel beeping that was ongoing in the lobby during check in and the evening.
I like the pool and hot tub very usable and warm

BEAUTIFUL ATRIUM POOL FACILITY
HOT TUB SEEMED TO BE LESS THAN IT COULD BE. REALLY NO JET ACTION AND MY SKIN TINGLED WHICH USUALLY MEANS A CHEMICAL IMBALANCE.
The hotel itself is nice, however, I was extremely disappointed in the restaurant. The pull apart bread was microwaved and obviously days old. Overall not a great experience with the food, service was great though. Don't recommend.
Room location right nxt to pool easy access for grand daughter
No breakfast, and must have been a few hockey teams running around...they ran all over the place including the hallway
The room itself was good, clean and spacious.
The property outside the room was very busy. Vehicles were circling to find a parking spot. Our room overlooked the pool area which was extremely busy with screaming kids until 9:30pm. Then, it was busy with adults until 2:30am. Even with earplugs, I could still hear them and so got little sleep. I felt like I was staying at a 24hr party resort.
