We are undergoing guest room renovations from now until December 31, 2026. Felt very safe in the area

Pool was large and hot tub hot. Loved the kids pool option as well. The pool chairs were nice and new and comfortable

The staff were professional and check in was fast. Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The location is great.
Found a silver fish in one of the drawers. Not enough electrical outlets, had to unplug 2 lights to accommodate. Plumbing to shower head was loose, not properly installed

We didn’t have breakfast. We enjoyed an excellent dinner at the hotel though.
Room was so dirty,
The staff is always top notch here. We have always stayed on the 3rd floor and this time we were put on the first floor. The restaurant is also always beyond amazing and the swimming pool area is very relaxing too.
As we were walking to our room, there were dogs barking and growling under a couple doors at us and urine spots all over the carpeting and even a couple piles of feces. It was disgusting and stunk. When we got into our room, it too stunk of heavy urine and was stagnant as no air was on. We immediately turned the air on and we left and bought cans of air freshener and lysol spray for germs. It helped once the air conditioning kicked on to cool the room and circulate the air a bit. We ended up needing to buy Claritin allergy medicine as well for the night.

We had a light supper. The coupon for a complimentary starter did not work in the restaurant. Server was not overly charming.
Interaction at checkin and checkout was excellent.
I was hoping for free pizza and beer when we arrived. No such luck. ;))
