We are undergoing guest room renovations from now until December 31, 2026. My kids loved the pool. The room was spacious. The hotel restaurant. Twelve50 severed great food! Kids menu sizes were generous.
They advertise that the hotel rooms have air conditioning. They don’t. They have central air which is controlled by the hotel. My room was 22.5 unless we had showered then it went up to 23.-24 no windows in our room to open . We all slept with just a sheet. When I called the front desk I was told I was the only one complaining about the air. I do not recommend this hotel
The common area is very nice, the restaurant is good.
The rooms are average. Its very pricey for what it is.
Bathroom smelt like mold in the first room we got, you can tell the caulking was Old and brown peeling off.

The room was clean. Beds were on the firmer side which I liked. Figured out the coffee. The filter trays are inside the coffee packaging!
Staff were friendly. Clean linen readily available. The pool & hot tub was lovely
Didn't eat in the restaurant, but we had room service which was a treat. Pretty good food
I would of preferred some written information in the hotel room. Restraunt info, room service, TV guide. Not everyone uses their phone to access this stuff. The pillows were too soft for me.
But I learned that there are other pillows available if you ask but we were already checking out. Tv programs sucked. Couldn't really figure out the stations.
No freezer compartment in the mini fridge. Maybe add a mirror in the main room, not just the bathroom
Room faced the main foyer with the pool. Very noisy until at least 9 pm and bright light through window.
made sleeping difficult until later in the evening
the front door did not close on its own. you had to push or pull hard to close it.
bathroom door was also tight and sticky- requiring heavy push or pull to close/open

The mirror in the bathroom was all spotted up and quite obviously had not been cleaned, or if it was the wrong cleanser was used
We liked the location, the friendly staff at check in, and the room was a good size for 2 adults, and 2 children. It met our needs for a quick over night until we continued on our drive home to Alberta.
The room was clean enough, could just use some sprucing up. It's a bit dated, and could benefit from some updating. The bed wasn't very comfortable, the mattress could also use an update.
