Please note there are restrictions on children's swim times. Children are permitted to use the pool facilities with a responsible adult between the hours of 08:00 -10:00 and 16:00 - 19:00.

The spa is very spacious. The room is very nice .
At Dinner the food was really nice and Amy was very helpful and polite ensuring we wasn't waiting to be seated or served.
A credit to the hotel
We checked in and it was very speedy. The room is lovely (a suite) - clean and spacious. We used the spa facilities, although it was busy, plenty of amenities to use. We went in the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and pool, and had a good lounge on the loungers. At dinner, Amy was amazing - very attentive, friendly and checked that everything was ok a couple of times throughout our meal. She made sure our drinks didn’t run out, a great asset to the restaurant. Thanks Amy, you’re a star!

The venue is more relaxing once you are through the front doors (We were late and parking was a bit confusing).
Lovely venue and would recommend. The food alone was really good value and beautifully presented, a wonderful highlight of the day. We had booked treatments which were well worth having- useful treatment & problem areas highlighted. The pool area was clean. The shops had various products and prices for every budget. More water availability or refilling the containers more frequently would be the only comment but the mint or lemon flavour were very thirsty quenching.

Ate as weekend guests at the hotel. Amy was attentive and came over to our table promptly. She checked in with us regularly and helped with menu selection
Lovely night away with girlfriends - although you need to book the spa well in advance if you want to get any treatments. Great service from Amy. Thank you!
We had a lovely time at the hotel on an overnight Spa break. Spa treatment was amazing with Meg and lovely dinner in the restaurant, served by Amy.

We stayed at Sketchley Grange Hotel for our anniversary and overall had a mixed experience.
The room we were given was not the one advertised at the time of booking, which was disappointing as this was a special occasion for us. I did raise this at reception during our stay and was advised to email the hotel. I have since sent two emails but unfortunately have not received any response.
That said, the room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so we cannot fault the housekeeping standards.
Other aspects of the stay were also a little disappointing. The swimming pool was quite cold during our visit, and breakfast was not of the quality we would have expected for the price paid. Overall, we felt the stay did not offer good value for money at around £180.
It’s a shame as the hotel itself is nice and has potential, but the lack of response to guest concerns and the mismatch with what was advertised left us feeling disappointed.
Excellent hotel .. food..accomodation and spa facilities. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Food very tasty in bar and restaurant.Luigi and Chrissy fantastic friendly staff. Well worth the money. Definitley will return.
Breakfast was lovely good selection of the hot food and the cold , a good selection of teas I like Yorkshire tea and there was none, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our bed was very hard and pillows so hard and not enough bedding as we was so cold even with heating I had no sleep for 2 days and we was next to the lift and all you could hear was that going up and down most of the night.
