Please note there are restrictions on children's swim times. Children are permitted to use the pool facilities with a responsible adult between the hours of 08:00 -10:00 and 16:00 - 19:00.

The hotel may pre-authorize your card on arrival.

If you are intending to book our leisure facilities you will also need to book a time slot for guests under the age of 16.

Please note during the dates of the 23rd December to the 2nd January food service and the leisure are operating on limited hours all dinner reservations are required to be preordered.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Staff and food excellent hotel rooms could do with some attention
Pros:

Staff were wonderful and friendly and the food was excellent

Cons:

The property was tired and was showing signs of it. We had upgraded but the sofa had seen better days both arms were missing the stuffing. The coffee table was scratched and the room was generally tired

Great, stay again, and again.
Pros:

All expectations were met and the staff were very friendly. Directions around the hotel, bar, restaurant and leisure pool were clear from the staff.

Cons:

An update in general. Everything felt worn and well used. Comfortable but well used. When new this hotel would have been quite impressive.

The staff were excellent friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room heating was noisy and blew cold air through the vents. The room was cold and when we requested the heat to be increased, it just blew cold air harder and more loudly. Due to this not the place to stay in the winter.

Absolutely amazing!!
Pros:

Had the absolute best time. I cannot recommend this place enough. All the staff were lovely and so helpful.
Ended our chilled spa day with an amazing meal in their restaurant, served by the lovely Amy 🙂
We cannot wait to come back!

Fantastic!!!
Pros:

I was brought here for my birthday as a surprise! The stay was amazing. The restaurant food was well delivered and organised. The lovely AMY who served us at dinner time was super pleasant and very friendly. We accidentally got a second order of our starters which, bless her she took full accountability for! By far the best service I have ever received! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Good experience
Pros:

Bought a package that included use of the spa, complimentary drink on arrival, dinner allowance (2 courses each) & breakfast.
Smooth check in, clean spacious room.
Spa quite busy (Saturday afternoon) but still enough seats/space in the pool.
Dinner was delicious & very well presented( much better than we expected on a deal). Restaurant manager (Connor) & waitress (Millie) were very attentive & knowledgable of the food.
Overall a very enjoyable stay & a very good package for the price paid

Had a brilliant spa day and night - the dinner was exceptional and Poppi was very helpful and nice serving us for dinner !
