Please note there are restrictions on children's swim times. Children are permitted to use the pool facilities with a responsible adult between the hours of 08:00 -10:00 and 16:00 - 19:00.

Great food & drinks, service from Amy was amazing! So polite and complementary! Sat by the window, was a lovely view, amazing hotel & many options on the menu to choose from!

Food in the restaurant wasn't as good as I was expecting. Could have just been that I made the wrong choice.
Lovely hotel with great facilities
The lift broke down but it was sorted very quickly and a member of staff went up to my room to grab something for me so I didn’t have to walk up to the second floor.

Very good stay overall.
Check-in was quick and efficient, with everything explained clearly on arrival. We were upgraded from a Classic Double Room to a Contemporary Junior Suite as it was our anniversary - they even left a card in our room! .The room was incredibly spacious, with a large TV and a lovely, generously sized bathroom.
There was a minor issue with the toilet flush coming away from the wall, but it didn't affect our stay and wasn't something we felt was worth complaining about.
The lifts were out of order during our visit, but this was communicated in advance and we regularly saw engineers working on them, so it was clear the issue was being addressed.
The spa area was lovely, relaxing, and well maintained. The only thing we felt was missing was some background music to enhance the atmosphere. The gardens were also beautiful and clearly very well looked after.
Bar prices were average to slightly expensive, but that's to be expected in a hotel. In the restaurant, Jas and Amy provided excellent service and were both friendly and welcoming. The lasagne was delicious, although the lamb wasn't quite to our taste. Again, nothing that spoiled the experience.
Breakfast was outstanding – fresh, tasty, and with plenty of choice.
Check-out was just as smooth as check-in. The lovely receptionist who checked us in also checked us out and even lent me a phone charger after I'd forgotten mine, which was a much-appreciated touch.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.
From the moment I arrive the reception staff were excellent. We asked for an extra quilt and it was there within 10 minutes. Food was wonderful really enjoyed my stay.
Very lovely building very well cared for and clean. A bit of amaze and easily to get lost caused a few laps along the way but it’s a wonderful building really nice.

Alot of noise from the dustbin man but I suppose that happens anyway, I forgot to put my do not disturb on my door and had someone knocking on the door in the afternoon to clean my room I'd have expected that in a morning
Nice place in a lovely area although all residential. There is a bar/ restaurant within a flat 20 min walk.

Nothing really, was as expected. Bar prices quite expensive but as is always the case in hotels.
We really enjoyed our stay at for our 2nd wedding anniversary. Our parents also joined us to celebrate Father’s Day and my Mum’s 70th.
The restaurant was lovely and food was excellent. Amy was our waitress and she was very friendly and accommodating.
