Please note there are restrictions on children's swim times. Children are permitted to use the pool facilities with a responsible adult between the hours of 08:00 -10:00 and 16:00 - 19:00.

The sun terrace and layout was good and the hotel smelt clean and room was a good size with good shower
Breakfast food is not hot enough as help yourself containers don't hold it hot for long and we were early eaters
The garden area for having a drink outside is beautiful. The spa facilities looked amazing although we didn’t have time to visit them.
The room wasn’t cleaned and food in the restaurant could be better.

Not a lot really. My room backed onto a staff area, so it was pretty annoying as they started making a noise early in the morning (the bed head backed on to the room).

We went on a spa package with afternoon tea. The hotel looked really nice and clean, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the day. We had a massage that was lovely, both me and my husband had a fantastic back and shoulders massage would definitely recommend. When we went through for afternoon tea we were met by Laura who was funny, polite and friendly. Laura asked which table we would prefer then when seated laughed and joked with us wich we found to be brilliant, Thank Laura 😊. We had previously met the chef at reception earlier in the day. Chef Claire remembered us and brought out our tea, Claire is extremely friendly and very funny but also makes lovely tasty food. Thank you Claire 😊, both Laura and Claire definitely made our day. The whole vist to sketchley grange was definitely a day to remember and we will be back. Thank you to all staff that made our wedding anniversary a great day x
Lovely spa break, facilities brilliant, food excellent, staff very friendly especially Amy and Danny in the dining room and Mia on reception. Will definitely stay again.
