Please note there are restrictions on children's swim times. Children are permitted to use the pool facilities with a responsible adult between the hours of 08:00 -10:00 and 16:00 - 19:00.

The spa was fantastic! What a lovely morning routine to go have breakfast and then go for a swim, jacuzzi and sauna. The lady at the spa was so helpful as well, I was a bit worried about finding the pool without my glasses and she came and found me in the changing room and showed me the way, and also showed me how to use the lockers without having to ask.
The only thing I didn’t like was that it was a 4-star hotel and some things in the room felt less than 4-star quality, eg some mould on bathroom ceiling and marks on bedroom carpet. Wouldn’t normally mention this sort of stuff in a review but I thought if someone was booking the hotel because it’s a 4-star they should know the rooms need a bit of an update. Bed v comfy though and I’m not really that bothered about aesthetics!

Lovely atmosphere, huge room and brilliant food and service from our waitress Poppi, who looked after us really well and was so friendly.
Amy was lovely, she provided outstanding service, ensuring that everything was perfect with my order. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanour made our dining experience truly enjoyable.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Pool & leisure facility staff were very helpful and courteous.
I liked nothing about this hotel it’s dated and paid £160 for the night but told use of the Spa is extra !!!
There’s other hotels local that are much better value !

The hotel has everything you could wish for. The room and bathroom were exceptionally large, spotlessly clean and the hotel staff are really friendly and helpful.
The hotel is fantastic value for money and I would recommend.
The breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast, with everything you need, nothing exceptional. I booked through Booking.com and because of this to use the spa facilities incurred an additional cost of £15per person. We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on it. Having said this I would recommend the hotel.
