Service was excellent - Poppi was attentive, kind and welcoming. Service was prompt and the food was delicious. Highly recommend visiting - amazing experience all round.
Loved it! Amy was great in the restaurant, very accommodating and welcoming. And had a great massage with Megan. The pool area was a little busy and couldn’t do much swimming. Other than that room was clean and thoroughly enjoyed our wedding anniversary away x
Beautiful location, gorgeous hotel, super comfy beds, stayed on 2nd floor, air con was dreamy during the uk heatwave and super dog friendly which was a great added bonus!
Amazing Value for money, rooms were extremely spacious and clean on arrival and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
Spa was fab, I had a massage it was wonderful!

Went for a 4 night mid-week break. Hotel clean and tidy if a bit dated. Our room (79) was huge and the bathroom was also large. The bed was comfy and the Aircon was great given the hot weather. The food in the restaurant was particularly good and we enjoyed every meal. However our room smelled damp and musty. The decor was not to my taste I found it very sparse, too many blank grey walls. Personally I would have live to see some art on the walls and some greenery in communal areas but thats just me. Big shout out for Mia and Amy who were pleasant and helpful. We found the spa a nice perk, the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were great. All in all we enjoyed our stay even though our room was musty. In retrospect I should just have asked for another room.
We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant, excellent quality and flavour.

Moved the beds together and found a heap of mess on the carpet who knows how long it was there. The floors in the spa weren't the cleanest either.
Enjoyable weekend with Rod Stewart Fanclub and all staff are very polite, helpful and very welcoming to us all

Absolutely fantastic time again holding our Rod Stewart fan club Big Weekend at the hotel.Special shout outs to Chris Bird of the breakfast team, Mia, Olivia( Liv) and Josh and the bar staff.
My only gripe, air con not working in room on a ridiculously hot weekend. (÷÷× The only reason i couldn't give a 5 this year)See you next year)
We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were very clean. Staff were amazing & so helpful & polite. The team in the restaurant work so hard. Food for breakfast & dinner were topped up as soon as they ran out & food was hot.
The swimming pool was lovely & very clean.
I cannot wait until my next stay.
Our room was very spacious and clean and although we didn’t have time to use it, there was a pool etc
The staff in the bar area were miserable and rude. No smiles and the girl serving just slammed the drinks down and didn’t say thank you when we paid. My husband and I took our empty glasses to the bar to save them collecting them and the man didn’t say thank you for that.
I was woken up by an alert from my bank to say money had just come out of my account from the hotel. My husbands card was used at check in to pay for our stay and I’d only used my card once, which was for 2 drinks at the bar, which was showing on my statement, but the alert was only for 81p. This really concerned me, as a friend of mine has recently had fraud committed on her account, and it all started with really small amounts being taken at first whivh went unnoticed building to much more. In the morning I mentioned my concerns to the receptionist, who said the night porter was checking and noticed that we owed an extra 81p for our stay, so he took it, but she has since checked and he was mistaken so would refund it. Why would a night ported be looking at what people have paid? How was he able to charge my card without my consent? I just don’t believe their story and have since ensured the hotel 3 times asking for the managers email address, so I could raise my concerns, but I’ve never received it, so I’m hoping he sees my review.
