Overall the bed and ac from the room was great! The room was clean!
Pros:

The ac in the room was perfect!

Cons:

The bathtub looked like a crime scene, it did not look safe to use without sandals.

Pros:

It was a great location. The place is usually very comfortable if you stay in the back areas but the rooms up front is horrible.

Cons:

The first room had roaches. The freezer didn't work. The room floors was dirty and the bathroom tub was rustic. The second room was very suitable but had flies in the window that you couldn't get rid of. The bathroom ceiling had mold.

Los colchones de las camas fue lo único decente.

Cons:

La alfombra sucia, habia muchos bichos en el exterior, la limpieza de la habitación en general no fue muy buena, en el área de la alberca estaba muy sucio, no la alberca sino las mesas y sillas que estan alli, los pasillos llenos de basura, habia personas fumando marihuana en su habitación pero el humo salia al exterior y el olor me resultó desagradable.

Not so great stay
Pros:

That i was moved to 3 different rooms

Cons:

Everything. The place i was put in was not cleaned. So I got moved. Then that place had the sheets dirty nd I woke up to a roach on my pillow. Then I was told I would be able to get a full refund. Waited for the manger and he said the guy was new and he no idea what he was talking about and couldn't give me Refund to leave elsewhere. He insisted the sheets were clean and there was no bugs. So he moved me to another room.

Extremely dissatisfied DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Pros:

One staff member was nice

Cons:

EVERYTHING the toilet seat was broken, the room had not been cleaned the shower was dirty it had hair on top of the drain cover. Tub was dirty so none of us took showers. The room was not vacuumed. Woke up in the morning for breakfast and they do not have breakfast but it’s states on website they do have breakfast.
