Extremely dissatisfied DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

One staff member was nice

Cons:

EVERYTHING the toilet seat was broken, the room had not been cleaned the shower was dirty it had hair on top of the drain cover. Tub was dirty so none of us took showers. The room was not vacuumed. Woke up in the morning for breakfast and they do not have breakfast but it’s states on website they do have breakfast.

PESIMO SERVICIO Y SUCIO

Cuando llegue, en recepción no me querian dar la habitación que habia reservado e insisitan que yo reserve otro tipo de habitación con menos camas aun cuando le enseñe mi reserva de booking y la información de la reserva. Dos veces se equivocaron y me asignaron una habitación que no estaba limpia y ya con la papeleria firmada me tenia que hacer esperar mas para cambiarme la habitación. Ya cuando pague con tarjeta la habitación, insisitan en que no le aparecia en sistema aun le mostraba el comprobante del cargo que ya me habian hecho, querian que pagara nuevamente otra habitación e insistia en que la tarjeta probablemente no paso porque yo ya no tenia dinero. El sistema de la computadora para hacer el check in fallaba y me hicieron esperar mucho tiempo para darme la habitación. El empleado de recepción se la pasaba hablando con maldiciones sin provocación, fue mi irrespetuoso. Se negaba a comunicarme con el supervisor y despues mucha insistencia por fin le marco y me hizo esperar mas tiempo en lo que trataba de revisar el sistema pero batallaba con la computadora. Se tardaron alrededor de 40min en poderme dar una habitación

Finalmente me dio la llave de la habitación y cuando fui a meter las maletas a la habitación no funcionaba la llave asi que tuve que regresar a recepción a que me la activara. Cuando entramos a la habitación tengia focos fundidos asi que solo teniamos la luz del baño pero ya no quise volver a ir a que me cambiaron la habitación por el pesimo servicio recibido. Aparte de eso, no habian limpiado bien la habitación, preferimos no usar la regadera y nos fuimos temprano.

No fue lo que esperábamos por lo que se mostraba en el sitio al hacer la reservación.
Pros:

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no era cierto lo del desayuno, que ese servicio solo lo anuncian pero no lo dan.

Cons:

La primer habitación que nos dieron olía mal, estaba sucia, luego nos cambiaron a otra.

Overall it was good and quite. Staff was friendly.
Pros:

Friendly staff, Room smelled clean - like Fabuloso, Wheel chair accessible, Handicap seat in the shower, light breakfast, very quite, low beds that are handicap friendly, beds were comfortable

Cons:

Small dead knats on the floor by the A/C rm 111, flickering bathroom light, parking is not very handicap friendly, but we still managed. Pool was out of service during visit, door leading to lobby was kind of messed up.

I didn’t enjoy my stay in your facilities!
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast. I checked in late at night. I didn’t feel safe going far from the front desk and having to go up stairs by myself. I should have asked the front desk worker to accompany me.

Cons:

As I said the assigned room was far away from the office. It was too dark the way to room, the smell of the room wasn’t that pleasant. I didn’t feel safe going to far away from the front desk!
