Clean, comfortable, place to overnight on cross country drive. Good value

From the beginning to the end of my stay, everything was perfect. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be coming back to stay here whenever I visit my family in Kansas and Oklahoma. I highly recommend this place!

Need a new front desk person
Pros:

The hotel was nice and affordable but cant think of anything good because the bad erased my memory

Cons:

We had a terrible experience with the front desk. Was told we would get a refund but never did. The guy was very aggressive. He knocked the keyboard off the desk trying to tell us we were wrong and needed to pay AGAIN. He later called our room to say he made a mistake. How ever this was after he was supposed to call the cops on us. We were traveling with a active Military member ,a newborn, a 70 year old and 2 toddlers. This was after 10pm and we were told topay or leave. Was wild and we DID NOT get the rest we stopped for.

Ok for the night. No frills
Pros:

The outside looks a little run down but the price was right for an overnight stop on our way to Vegas.

Cons:

Could have been more updated and cleaner.

Staff was great rooms and breakfast were good. Shower was not very warm but wasn’t cold either.

Will probably stay there again!
Pros:

Clean rooms and friendly staff… great breakfast choice

Cons:

Door to the room #109 didn’t go shut unless you pushed it shut every time..didn’t like the
extra $25 charge for our certified support pet as we also pay yearly to get him certified..he is a very disciplined dog..

Waschbecken war im Zimmer, nicht im Bad. Armaturen sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
