The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

We were on 2nd floor, no elevator, so we should have requested a ground level room.

The room was decorated nicely. The breakfast was good.
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable. The only problem was with the shower. It did not drain well. The water was up to my ankles after running the water for 1 minute.

Paid $500 for a room, it was terrible
Pros:

Shower over ran the entire floor with water onto carpet and in hallway because drain was plugged,I had to mop up the water for a half hour and wife couldn't use it. Hot tub jets didn't work. Fireplace didn't work

The fact that its so hard to get a refund or a comped nights stay again

An amazing hotel for half the price of some of the other hotels in the area.
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. Our rooms were very clean and it was very enjoyable. This best western is truly a gem in the area!
