Fantastic
Pros:

The hotel is stylish with beautiful gardens and a quick 15 min walk into Ironbridge Gorge. Extremely clean and comfortable room (superior room 17 overlooking gardens). Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of choice, was well presented and well cooked. We also had an evening meal which was delicious and once again the staff were brilliant. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely location to meet up with friends
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel and location

Cons:

The room was warm and only a small window but think it was more as it was an old property. Had it been warm weather think it would have got too warm.

Pros:

Hotel is lovely and in a beautiful location . Staff very helpful and professional.

Cons:

I have stayed at the hotel many times and all the rooms are very nice however , this time I was in room 19 and although it was nice and comfortable the shower was very disappointing. The flow was extremely weak which resulted in my shower taking a very long time .

Nice place, take ear plugs !
Pros:

The hotel is quirky which we really liked, the beds comfy, good quality bedding etc.

Cons:

There is no sound insulation at all. We could hear someone snoring in the room above us and have to share the toilet experience every time they creaked across the floor to the bathroom.
The noise from communal areas is very loud also, both my partner and I spent a lot of the night awake and often not to stay for our second night.
