Room very nice and a good size ... Location is excellent !!!! Didn't get up in time for breakfast ...
For us it was all ok
Very good breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere in an airy room ( it was a heatwave) and Julie looked after us beautifully. We had to change bedroom due to the heat and it was done swiftly. ALL reception staff were excellent.
Can't fault it.
Breakfast was good; cooked breakfast was very good, could have been greater selection for the continental breakfast. Staff were great
Staff were amazing, dinner excellent and all great value
All good
I am planning to visit this Hotel in September. I spoke to Mel at the Hotel to sort out some details of our stay. She was excellent - very helpful indeed!

Bedrooms that windows would not fully open.
Rooms with air conditioning did not windows
The location was excellent, so handy for Ironbrige generally and all its attractions and a beautiful walk outside in the park down to the river.
I was concerned about the bannister rail at the top of the long flight of stairs to the very top floor. The banister started too late at the top for easy access to your hand to start down the stairs so you had to lean forward to grab it….. not good for an elderly or slightly unsteady person.
We were given bottled water on our first night with the coffees and teas but not replaced again. I suppose the tap cold water was ok to drink but not usually acceptable.
Otherwise everything was very good .
Location and beautiful building
Heat! Soo hot but the kind staff changed our room late at night
Location excellent. Having stayed at several Best Westerns, breakfast was only ok, staff excellent
Room VERY hot and on the small side, there was a fan provided which had to be on all night, no lift, but help to carry cases was offered
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Relaxing, chilled and very friendly staff. Food exceptional and our twin bed room with a balcony was perfect in this heat.
Absolutely beautiful location by the side of river in a wooded gorge.
Car charging could be a bit better organised, but we did manage
Assistance with bags going up 2 flights of steps was a godsend.
The room had a beautiful view and was lovely but it was so hot. Only 1 window could be opened, we did have two fans which was good. I think the window should have been opened well before our arrival.
Comfortable room, and bed. Clean, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good, full English or whatever you chose. Beautiful grounds and a nice walk along the river. Near to the Iron Bridge for touristy photos.
Steep steps for entry but there was a flat entrance further round the building, which I didn't see at first.
Everything else was fine and no complaints.
