The staff was polite and very friendly.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was Great. Always enjoy the breakfast

Frustrating
Pros:

We selected this location as we’d stayed here seven years ago and remembered the great pool and hot tub.

Cons:

Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told the hot tub and pool were closed. We would not have stayed here if we knew ahead of time that these amenities weren’t accessible. I contacted Lisa Romero (property manager) afterwards and requested a refund on a percentage of our stay, and have not heard back.

Won’t be my first choice to stay at in Elko.
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Parking was good and place was clean.

Cons:

Beds were super hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were half size mini’s that were hard as rocks. Walls were super thin and it was surprisingly noisy in the middle of the night.

Hard to write about a stay you never had.
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

When I arrived I was told by the front desk there was no hot water and that they would give me a full refund if I elected to book the night somewhere else. I decided to spend the night at a hotel that could offer hot water. They never awarded me the refund that they promised.

Pros:

We're from California we were staying while visiting family. I've been to many that say they have a dog area then it's usually a dirt patch behind the building. Here it's a nice grass yard. The room had a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with 2 beds. Our kids enjoyed having the room to themselves while my husband, dogs and I slept in the living room on the pull out couch.
The price was half of what we'd normally pay for something like this. It was a great stay.

Best Western Elko - Was a good choice!
Pros:

A great place to stay for a couple of nights. Our room was a large king room, clean, the bed was comfortable, pillows were too firm for me, so I asked for another pillow to try and it was much better the second night. WiFi worked well, plenty of tv channels, no complaints with the heater or shower. The hotel was quiet, we were there mid-week. Friendly and polite staff. Breakfast was good, just like any other Best Western we have stayed at.

Disgusting place to stay!
Pros:

Disgusting place to stay! No hot water for entire stay, holes in sheets, dirt and dead bug in jetted tub, heater didn’t work properly and it was only 20° outside!

The location and price were right for us.
Pros:

Breakfast was ready when we were. A good variety of foods to choose from. Room was big enough and clean.

Cons:

We were sad the pancake maker wasn't working. While the hot tub water was warm, the jets were not working.
