Pleasant stay, clean, comfortable and conveniently located
It was clean and quiet ,the breakfast was great and the staff kind and pleasant.
Microwave wouldn’t pop popcorn.
Pool was not available and was not told that beforehand

Smelled strongly of urine, carpet in the room filthy
Breakfast was good. There was variety with cereals, bagels, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and more. Much more than I could eat. Coffee was excellent.
Very difficult to operate the television. I never figured it out, but I was staying just one night so it was a big deal.

Sofa bed mattress was a little thin
This hotel is in sad shape. I do not recommend this to anyone and I will never stay here again. Non Smoking room smells like smoke, tub doesn't drain, couch cushions have big brown stains, bath fan doesn't work, toilet runs, bedding is ripped, tub has hard water stains and chipping paint, hot tub is broke, pool is filthy and ice cold. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

AC worked well. Breakfast was a good variety.
Shower drained slow. Pool was uncomfortably cold and jacuzzi was down for maintenance.
I had an inconsistent stay at this property recently.
Unlike some other people who have reviewed this property, my room was immaculately clean. I found no evidence of hair, dirt, or other debris left behind by past guests. Although the hotel is on a busy street, it is well enough insulated that my room was quiet. Also, the employees were all friendly, and wanted to make my stay nice.
However, I cannot recommend this property, because it doesn't have functioning wi fi, even in the lobby or other public areas. The staff nicely told me I should "go to Starbucks" if I needed to use my laptop. I can understand an occasional wi fi outage, but based on comments on this website, the property's wi fi network has been down for an extended period, but the property's management hasn't fixed it yet.
In 2026, a functioning wi fi network is a basic requirement for any hotel. Hopefully, the property's owners are reading this review, and will get the wi fi fixed, before they lose more business to Elko's other hotels.

The staff was friendly.
There was a musty odor in our suite. They did not provide any shampoo/conditioner. We found a couple of bugs in the room. They were harmless, but due to being on the ground level near shrubs it seemed they were coming in from the window. There were many dead ones in the window track and along the windowsill.
The bed was comfortable
The breakfast, not many choices and they were out of most of the choices you do have
