I loved the location of the hotel. It was clean and the staff was helpful
We were there on off season and there were only about 10 cars there. We checked in our room then went out to eat. When we got back there was a lot of noise in the adjoining room next to us. We decided to go to sleep and the next thing we know there was slamming of the doors and running down the hallways. The adjoining room next to us had young kids in it and they were kids being kids. My issue was why were we (an older married kidless couple) put in a room adjoining to a room with rowdy kids. Poor planning on their part. I told the front desk when we checked out and didn’t get any kind of an apology. It was a rough night for us until the kids passed out.
Beds and pillows were comfortable
Room was clean
Staff was very friendly
Was a little disappointed that there was only continental breakfast, no hot breakfast during the off season.
Beautiful and clean. Great staff and service.
Nothing
Clean rooms, comfy couch, decent bed
Fireplace did not work, hotel lobby and elevators smelled of Marijuana.
It was good
They stopped the evening desserts the week before we were there.
no hot breakfast. It was mostly packaged breakfast muffins or bars.
Dresser/nightstand dated. Mattress too soft. Pillows overstuffed.
How close it was to everything but out of the busy traffic areas
N/A
Breakfast was wonderful. Didnt have time for the pool or much of anything else. Beds were comfortable.
The water pressure was not good and shower is a little short for tall people.
There was plenty to eat, no matter what you were looking for.
Petty thing, the ice dispenser kept running empty next the coffee maker
Good.
Having to walk outside in the cold to get to and from the pool. Never have done that before to get to an indoor pool.
Comfortable clean friendly
View of tower if staying longer would have been disappointing
