We genuinely enjoyed just about everything, in fact beyond one thing which will be covered below it was one of the best trips that we have ever taken, it was a beautiful room, and the room hot tub was so clean when we used our cleaner it had almost nothing come out, a first in over 5 hotels! The staff was great with one exception, the food was above average at least with a couple days being quite good. The pool while we did not get a chance to use it was unique and really nice, and the location was great there could be a bit more handicapped parking, but other than that it was near perfect.
What kept this from being a perfect trip was a very serious issue. My partner has a service dog. One morning she wasn’t feeling well, so I took the dog out and picked up breakfast on the way back. I was about to leave when a staff member told me I “must leave immediately because the dog was not allowed.” I calmly explained she is a trained service dog, legally permitted, and was behaving appropriately.
At that point, another guest (not staff) got involved and began telling me to leave as well. Being confronted and surrounded so suddenly caused me to become overwhelmed and triggered a severe anxiety attack. My hands were shaking badly and I accidentally spilled my drink. I tried to find something to clean it but was struggling to stay composed. During this, the dog tried to reach the spill, and while I was trying to move her away, her leash came loose. Someone stepped between us and she briefly ran down the hall, but I quickly retrieved her and secured the leash.
I regret that the situation escalated and that I spoke sharply in the moment, but I was overwhelmed and trying to manage both a medical situation and my own response. This could have been avoided with a clearer understanding of service dog policies and a calmer approach. The worse part was when I contacted the manager on duty to explain the situation, the worker did not tell the manager that I had informed her that she was a service dog, which I know I had immediately, it would make no sense not to have.
It's my third time to stay at the branson towers and it was very enjoyable.
Breakfast was good, and the dining area seats a lot of guests. Location was nice…close to the strip and attractions but quiet and not a lot of road noise. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both at good temps and seemed to be pretty well maintained.
The motel could definitely use some updating and maintenance. The carpet is so old and stained that I felt dirty walking on it. An enclosed walkway over to the pool/hot tub building would also be nice.
Was clean and beds were comfortable
The location of it was nice
Very outdated pictures needs cleaned top to bottom

Comfortable bed. Great breakfast.
Everything fine
It is a nice hotel with a good buffet breakfast.
Our room wasn't cleaned well. There was hair all over the bathroom floor.
It was clean and comfortable. We did utilize the pool and although it was crowded, no fault of the facility, it was fun.
Nice room and the lady working was super nice but she had been working since the morning and had to work until 10 that night .
Double booked same day on accident. Booking.com said no problem they will email management and refund my money . Happens alot . A week later I got a email from hotel stating they will not refund my money because its considered a cancelation. Anyway long story short . Me and my friends and family that stay every June for summer vacation will not ever be staying there again !
Good location. Pool might have been nice if we had used it. It looked good. Pretty lobby. Great breakfast.
We were giving keys to someone else's room. Luckily they were in it when we tried to get entrance. The desk clerk had us wait an extra long time before assigning another room. That room was missing furniture. So was my sister's room next door. It made the rooms feel off and uncomfortable. The bed was OK.
