Pros:

The breakfast only I give it just a 3.5 out of 5 the hotel in all 2 out of 5

Cons:

Where do I begin. First thing when I called to check to see if we could check in early nobody messaged or called me back at any time so we had to wing it secondly there was only a single roll of toilet paper for four people three days and two nights come on then there was the lime build up on the shower head not good mold inside the shower knob yuck fridge was hot when we got here to put our food in thumbs down hot tub not even hot arcade yeah no wasn't even allowed to play in it the pool towels none at all at any time pool house wasn't very clean and the bathroom no way spiderwebs behind our bathroom door no extra blanket just in case somebody got cold tape on the picture above one of our beds I guess no one really cleans these rooms.

Our stay met our needs and we felt that we got a good value.
Pros:

We liked the size of the room. It had the necessities; shampoo, towels, lotion, soap, tv, fridge, microwave. We felt like we saved money staying here because we never had to pay for breakfast and we could keep and warm up leftovers for lunch. Wal-Mart was close and the staff kept us happy with clean towels when needed.

Cons:

The outside door near our room on the first floor NEVER locked. Anyone could come in 24 hours/day. That being said, the neighborhood felt safe and we never saw any loiterers. The ice machine on the first floor did not have any ice but did drip scuzzy water when you tried to use it (no out of order sign). Although our room had laminate flooring that felt new, our friends had OLD carpet in their room. Booking online was much cheaper than the rate they offered me to extend my stay. Breakfast was ok. It was the same food every day though, and we stayed for a week, so it would have been nice to have different options at some point.

This was one of our best stays in Branson ever.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast food was better than average and staff was friendly and accommodating. Cobbler and ice cream social was a plus.

I really have no complaints regarding my stay

Cons:

Not enough handicap parking . Couldn’t get anyone to put clean sheets in our bed . Had to keep going to the front desk to get clean towels. Mattress was hard . Room 109 . The air conditioner in our room was on 65 degrees and never cooled .
