This was our second time staying here and we will be back.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. They offer biscuits and gravy, sausage patties or bacon, scrambled eggs, a waffle maker etc. The swimming pool temperature was really nice. We stayed here back in October, and it was much colder. We will be staying here again in October 2026 and in December.

Cons:

No complaints. The staff was great.

Pros:

The staff was helpful in navigating the area. The pool was really heated! Most places that claim heated pool turn out to be a slightly warmer room temp but the water feels cool. There pool was wonderful!! Breakfast hall was nice, clean, and morning light shown through the windows. Good food too!

Cons:

There was a few big stains on the lobby furniture. It would have looked a little nicer if it had a better couch...or maybe just go with a pleather couch so it can be wiped off easier. Honestly that just told me the place was busy and a good place to stay by the wear the furniture showed...plus sometimes im sure the guests are just careless. The stains could have been new and just waiting to be professionally cleaned. A fitness room would be a nice addition. I just walked the parking lot in the morning and that was okay with me.

Best value in branson. The pool is fantastic and also the hot tub.
Pros:

The breakfast was plentiful. Many options and they kept hot food filled up at all times.

Overall my stay was pleasant.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was hard and unpredictable. We didn't receive any housekeeping services since they were short staffed. The hot breakfast was cold. A discount should have been offered, since housekeeping hasn't available. That should have been disclosed at check in.

Love the hotel and the awesome entire staff.
Pros:

My family has stayed here multiple times. Every single person down to the pool people are the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. Always willing to help even before you ask. They truly act like they like working there. Makes guest feel welcome!
