Not what we were expecting reading the reviews and looking at the pictures.
Pros:

It is close to the convention center.

Cons:

The hotel is very small and dated, with only partial refurbishment having been carried out. There is a single small, old lift which is shared by guests and staff transporting laundry throughout the day. During our stay, we witnessed staff wheeling a rubbish bin through the main entrance while guests were having breakfast.
Our room was small, with stained carpeting, and the bathroom was cramped. The hotel advertises a spa, but in reality it consists of a very small modern facility located in the basement, no larger than a double garage. The swimming pool is approximately the size of a large bathtub and can only be used by one family at a time. As a result, despite staying for four nights, we were never able to access it because it was constantly occupied.
The price we paid was poor value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Toujours!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Toujours! The staff were super kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great, with a bus stop right outside and the metro just a few minutes away. It made getting around Paris really easy and made our short trip even more enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again!

Fint hotel og rolig nabolag.
Pros:

Fine og rene rom med gode senger. Var 2 matbutikker rett over gata som var praktisk. Også kort vei til metro. Og gangavstand til både Eiffeltårnet og Champs E. Var et rolig nabolag, med lite trafikk. Føltes trygt for meg og min 15 år gamle datter.

Cons:

Var litt lytt bare. (Hørte naboene koste seg på naborommet). Også var det en uteligger som bodde rett på utsiden av hotellet, som skremte meg den første dagen. Kjedelig at det ikke var kjøleskap på rommet.

Lovely hotel, staff and area
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a nice location. The staff were all excellent, felt very much welcomed. The rooms were comfortable, I struggled with the shower, turning it on the next day, but that didn’t detract from the stay. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks
