Overall I enjoyed this hotel very much. Would go there again.

Hotel is very nice

Cons:

Hot water in room not hot. Took staff 30 minutes to fix issue. Whatever the door is made of inside was crumbling out of the bottom it looked as if the door had been pried open and the interior of the door broken. Looks like concrete to me.

I worked at my employment during breakfast so I missed it

Cons:

The parking lot should have been plowed of snow.!!! The 7th floor were I was staying reeked of the smell of weed for the two days I stayed there....

Pros:

Check in went very well.

Cons:

I had to leave due to an emergency a few hours after checking in. I wasn't even given a refund on the breakfast I wouldn't be eating the next day. Will definitely stay somewhere else if I ever come to Wilkes Barre again.

The hotel was under construction and very dismantled, empty pool, the restaurant was in shambles.

Cons:

The thermostat in the room was also not functioning, about 100 degrees in my room
