Good but better if advertised air con was working

The air conditioning wasn’t working in the room. It was very hot.

Cons:

A bit pricey and I didn’t even get the room I paid for and one staff told me they were fully booked while another told me to pay extra for the supposed room.
Overall Room was decent and clean and facilities were good and the pool was nice warm feel

Pros:

Its a big place, with an in house restaurant and bar. The rooms are large, with decent sized bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, and there's also a fridge in the room.

Cons:

I stayed 2 nights, and asked to move rooms for the 2nd night as what I belive the building "plant room" noise (possibly the air-conditioning units), we're very loud.

In an area with limited decent hotels on balance I would stay again.
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Beds were narrow and squeaky and moved about too easily when you were getting in and out. Previous stays were okay. Bedside lights didn’t work without other lights being on. Breakfast was poor quality and less choice compared with previous stays.

Comfortable stay in Dalmuir
Pros:

Perfect location for our requirements. Plenty of. At parking due to being attached to the hospital.
The restaurant and bar was great. With attentive staff. We were able to sit outside due to the nice weather, but the lounge are was spacious if internal seating is required.
Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious and a great view of the river and the meadow beyond.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights there and would definitely go back .
Pros:

Room very clean and spacious.Very comfortable two single beds.Loved the swimming pool which was at a very comfortable temperature.Good blinds and blackout curtains.Nice view from the very wide window.

Cons:

The only little problem was the changing rooms.Obviously they haven’t got round yet to renovate them.Shower gels were all empty the three times I used the facility.

Thoroughly enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast is not value for money ( my opinion ) loved the room on 3rd floor, no carpets, I like. Friendly & helpful staff, great wellness facilities.

Cons:

Information at time of check in, stated a discount was available on food bought in bar or restaurant. However, when ordering food at bar & requesting the discount for Hotel guests, to be told naw, you've no got a stamp on my key card wallet. Paid full price & got on with my evening.

Great staff but that doesn't compensate for the service
Pros:

Staff excellent at reception and in the restaurant.
Staff very helpful with proving advice for getting to Glasgow.

Cons:

The fan noise in the bathroom that disturbed our sleep. Multiple requests to have it checked and resolved, however, no one came and we left with no acknowledgement of the lack of service.
No details of the hotel facilities were in the room or on the TV, leaving us to google and ask staff.
The 'fridge ' wasn't a fridge when we told them it wasn't working, it apparently is a 'coolbox', great if we were told, then we wouldn't have to dump some food.
