Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The staff was also very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, always willing to assist whenever we needed anything.

Cons:

The main drawback was the bathroom design. The fixed shower head was quite uncomfortable and impractical to use. In addition, there was no floor drain in the area around the shower and washbasin, so any water that splashed onto the floor had nowhere to drain, which was rather inconvenient.

Salle de bain et sol sales . Pas de double vitrage on avait l’impression de dormir sur l’autoroute . Les femmes de ménages faisaient un lit sur 2 . Juste 2 serviettes pour 4 . Plus de savon ni de mouchoirs 2 jours avant la fin du séjour .Personnels peu accueillant .

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They welcomed me and were very co ncerned for my comfort.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection was frustrating. I had difficulties accessing online applications Also, the refridgeraas set that the food barely stayed cold.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Im Zimmer war es sehr laut, zu einem der Kühlschrank brummte, zum anderen liegt das Hotel an der Schnellstraße, was zum Lärmpegel beisteuerte.

Well-located cheap hotel that will do if you want to save some money.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel, within walking distance to the Palo Alto Caltrain station and the Stanford Shopping Center. The price is low enough, compared to nearby hotels.

Cons:

The rooms are modest, and there isn't much variety in the included breakfast; after 2 nights, you start to get fed up. The only thing that that I did like, and can get at any time is the coffee!

Great location. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Very clean.

Cons:

With a great central location comes noise factor. Near the Caltrain so you hear their horn from time to time and busy traffic from the El Camino.

Stay away from
Pros:

Front desk people not friendly or caring. Assigned us a room that wasn’t ready so we had to sit outside the room with our luggage and wait for room. Breakfast buffet was almost out of food when we went for breakfast and we weren’t late.
Very noisy. Simply not worth the money.
