Love to stay at Best Western Menlo Park again for sure. Very central spot.
Pros:

Loved the friendly housekeepers, front-desk personnel and the maintenance guys very much. Breakfast should improve with more variety and menu changes every week or so. For long term guests like us it was basically the same ole breakfast daily🙃🙃 otherwise it was excellent. Thank you!

Good value plus a prime location
Pros:

While we had an issue while we stayed here, it was quickly addressed and rectified, which made our trip just that much more enjoyable. A very nice facility; a great place to stay! The manager is super friendly. Highly recommended for your next trip. The motel is a two block walk from a very large shopping center that has everything! Bookmark this Best Western for your next endeavor.

It was a decent price for the area but as it was so loud I doubt I would stay here again

Very convenient to Stanford

Cons:

The walls are very thin so it is LOUD. Not only road noise but people walking around outside and above you if you’re on the first floor

Great Location from Stanford Hospital!
Pros:

This hotel was a perfect distance from Stanford Hospital. It was under construction and we had to use the elevator which was a little unsettling but worked out fine.

Cons:

We needed to do laundry since we had been there for a couple days due to a family member at Stanford and the machine only took quarters and the front desk attendant only had a few and no change to break anything more than a dollar.

Cons:

A group of at least 30 high school aged guests was outside of the rooms loudly chatting well into the evening, at least until 11pm. Had to call reception for it to stop. Very poor soundproofing generally.

Cons:

The metal shrouding around the base of my bed flexed and sent out a booming sound nearly every time I sat or got in the bed.
The automatic light switch at the sink popped all the lights on during the night when I got up to use the bathroom and woke the person staying with me each time. Too bright to handle in the middle of the night.
