Would stay again but not great for disability access.
Pros:

Proximity to the hospital was great. Room for as clean. Staff were great to assist with an early check in due to a 1pm RAH appointment. Lucy was excellent, she was helpful with the TV we couldn’t log into and helping with access to the carpark with my walker and assisting with access as we were only able to get one key for the room (husband and I were coming back to the motel at different times). Loved that they still have the physical compendium in the rooms.

Cons:

Disability access from the carpark was difficult, it wasn’t helped by someone parked in the EV spot who unfortunately can’t park properly. Linen looks like it needs to be updated, the towels were worn a bit thin and the sheets looked like they had seen better days. Would be great if 2 keys could be issued when checking in.

Always clean, quiet ,comfortable and affordable
Pros:

Have stayed several times great location to get up to Entertainment Centre walkable too (30mins)
Comfortable and clean with great staff
George is so friendly and professional

Cons:

Noticed no heat lamp in bathroom
Could do with more than 2 pillows so we have options I like really flat pillows 🤣

Definitely will not be returning
Cons:

No sound proofing on sliding doors - traffic noise was horrendous
Bathroom needs updating, toilet roll holder in wrong place, you need to be a contortionist to access & needs to be replaced.
Was given incorrect room in the first instance

Great value for money. The staff go above and beyond. Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

I love how it was close to everything. Literally parked my car and didn’t have to use it until it was time to go.

Cons:

The room was a look small and it was a little stuffy.

Good location, fantastic staff who were happy to go out on a limb to make us feel comfortable including the Manager brin
Pros:

Originally we wanted a location that was closer to the city but once we got used to the tram it was perfectly fine and the staff were wonderful and friendly. Even the cleaners who greeted us every morning. We would highly recommend this place

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about perhaps some chairs at the reception may have been a little bit more comfortable but that’s a very small matter
