Very happy with my stay here. All the staff were very friendly and led felt very looked after.
Pros:

Good location, spacious rooms, feee shaving cream / lotion dispensers. Lots of towels and spare pillows.

Cons:

Toilet seat was creaky when sat on.

Clean rooms. Easy access to the tram line. Good value for the price.

Cons:

I booked a Deluxe Queen instead of a Standard Queen as the photos showed the Deluxe room having a window looking outside whereas the Standard room only had a small internal window looking into a light well and other rooms’ windows.
However the room I got looked the same if not smaller than the photos of the Standard room, with internal window.
When I asked reception if I had perhaps been given the wrong room, they said that my room was indeed a Deluxe room as it was on a higher floor and that the higher floors still had the smaller internal rooms as well as the larger rooms with external windows and sometimes balconies, yet were all classed as Deluxe. I feel that the photos and description on the booking website are misleading, I would have just paid the lower amount for a Standard room if I’d known I was still going to get an internal window with a Deluxe room albeit on a higher floor (which I don’t care about).
