Pros:

The room was spacious and I had a spa bath! It also had heating/cooling to be able to be changed - extra blanket for the bed and also extra pillows!! It was a perfect location for what I was attending in close proximity (5 minutes walk), so that was perfect!

Cons:

Unfortunately the road noise is something that doesn't go away - and that's not the hotel's fault. It is what it is.

I would not book at the hotel again. Rooms were dark and unexciting.
Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff. Made an effort to check us in early which was appreciated.

Cons:

Too was very tired. We booked 4 rooms and all occupants had the same feedback. Bathroom basin was old and cracked. Pillows were very flat. Other cheaper accommodation has provided 2 pillows, free water, chocolates anf even a small bottle of wine on occasion.

Pros:

Nicely set out rooms. Plenty of storage for bags etc. Great staff. Great location.

Cons:

Didn't like the dirty linen cart parked in the corridor till it was collected. Surely there is somewhere else it could be stowed.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Being close to the hospital there is a little road noise from ambulances etc. But not bad enough to negatively effect the stay.

Pros:

Staff were excellent, Hotel was central, and facilities were clean and secure.

Cons:

The only minor complaint is that the bathroom had the quirks that come with old age. But the water pressure was excellent, and once you figured out the quirks, you could get by. So all good really.
