Disappointing
Cons:

A/C was broken, moved rooms to a smaller room, but had to pay the same rate. Room they moved us to the fan was broken, cleanliness was poor, stains on bedding. When asked about adjustment of rate, they told me the manager would reach out. I have heard nothing and not received any credit for our stay.

Great hospitality!
Pros:

I had a great experience staying at the hotel. Rajiv at front desk was exceptional with his hospitality and professionalism. Check in process was smooth, breakfast was good and the security is quite satisfactory.

You can do better, really. (this applies to both prospective guests and proprietors)
Pros:

Calling this a Best Western "Plus" or an "Executive" property is a joke. It's a very well-worn property that is badly in need of an upgrade and I'm a little surprised that Best Western continues to allow it to use their name. The rooms are dated and dingy, the mattresses in our room were worn out and lumpy and the bathroom had black mold around the tub. The sheets and towels were at least a year past their "best by" date and were threadbare.

It looks like a family operation, which is nice, but the family needs to hire professional housekeepers. The place looked to be pretty full, which indicates to me that they have the revenue stream to be able to run the place professionally. The breakfast offerings were equally dismal - coffee machine was broken and the usual warmed up link sausages, scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy didn't look appealing at all and were presented with the same "we meet the minimum standard" approach that seems to be the operational philosophy of the property.

It's pretty dismal. I see no reason to go back, ever.

Cons:

My room was very noisy, not only outside, but it seemed like everything that was in side was making some kind of noise. When I tried to take a shower, it was hardly working and made this high squealing, horrible noise. I would not recommend best western at any of their locations.

Every thing about the location was just fine

Cons:

The room was definitely cleaned in a rush pillows missing pillow cases and the one pillow that had a pillowcase was dirty bed sheets where stained and filthy. Microwave was filthy fridge was filthy missing wash rags and food condiments underneath couch and when I told front desk nothing was done to fix the problems
