Besides the pool not being open, everything else was great.

Rooms were definitely upgraded since last year

Cons:

We came for a tournament during a hot weekend and you decided to repaint the pool on a busy weekend. So many of us were disappointed on that decision

Nothing. The room had a window with broken locks, the tub faucet leaked (pooling water in the tub), and the A/C was sputtering like an asthmatic mouse.

When I asked for a refund immediately, the girl at the front said she had to talk to her manager who, conveniently, was not in. They took my number, and I've received no call, but the charges remain, despite me not staying and handing back the keys.

Close by where I was visiting, friendly staff

Cons:

No trash cans in the rooms, water from shower was leaking all night, toilet seat was broken If breakfast was served in the morning or even coffee I wasn’t informed about it.

Pros:

This was honestly the best Best Western I habe ever stayed in. Its as if they thought they were a 5 star hotel and just have a high standard of service. This place was just better. I loved it.

Sketchy area, misleading photos.

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room and hotel did not match pictures, certain rooms are under renovation so we probably got an old one. Outer bed sheet had weird orange stains. Sketchy location and guests, shirtless men with tattoos loitering parking lot. There were cop cars outside the lobby when I was coming back at night. Felt unsafe and would not book here again.
