Unsanitary Room Conditions and Serious Safety Concern
Pros:

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this Best Western room. The bathroom was not clean or properly maintained. The sink drain was stuck shut, which made the sink basically unusable in a sanitary way because there was no way to let the water drain properly or avoid dirty splash back. The bathtub/shower drain was technically open, but it was clogged, so water did not drain as it should.

The shower curtain was visibly dirty and had obvious pink mildew on it, which is unacceptable for any hotel room. The bathroom simply did not feel clean or safe to use.

On top of that, the room was not properly stocked. We were only given one wash rag despite having two towels, which made the stay even more inconvenient.

The most concerning issue was that the window had been left open before we entered the room. We checked in, left to get something to eat, and when we came back we realized the open window created a serious safety risk. Someone could have easily removed or pushed through the screen and accessed the room while we were gone.

Between the unsanitary bathroom, clogged drains, dirty shower curtain, lack of basic towels/washcloths, and the open window/security issue, this room was not acceptable. I would not feel comfortable recommending this location unless management takes housekeeping, maintenance, and guest safety much more seriously.

Pros:

Hotel is in a great location right by the highway. They have several complimentary amenities such as Internet WiFi, gym n breakfast. It provides a safe and secure location. I’m able to get a comfortable sleep. Not too much noise. It provides efficient check in and out. Good value for your money. I keep on coming back to this BW location.

Globalement, l’expérience est très décevante malgré la gentillesse du personnel.
Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment très agréable et accueillant, ce qui est appréciable.

Cons:

L’hôtel aurait clairement besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, car il ne correspond pas vraiment aux standards attendus. La chambre était très bruyante à cause de sa proximité avec la grande route, ce qui rend le séjour peu reposant. De plus, les fenêtres ne pouvaient pas se fermer correctement car les verrous étaient cassés, laissant entrer tout le bruit extérieur. La propreté laissait également à désirer à notre arrivée : la chambre n’était pas correctement nettoyée en dehors du lit, avec notamment des insectes dans la salle de bain et des déchets laissés derrière le mobilier.

Ok for our needs
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Eggs,sausage,waffles etc.
Check in was fast and easy.
Room was clean. Beds were comfy.
We needed an hotel close to Doctors Medical Hospital and this one was right down the street.

Cons:

Bathroom left a little to be desired. Exhaust fan failed, the knob for the shower was broken, but we could still use it. Toilet had flushing difficulties.
