Beds were comfortable
TV/frige/microwave unplugged. Had to get staff to move furniture so they could be used. There were two beds but only one upholstered chair. There was a table with no chairs. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular.
Close to freeway a lot of restaurants and grocery stores and gas stations in walking distance. Place was clean and had good breakfast.
Not allowed early check in and bed was not very comfortable.
Price seemed decent until I got to the room.
The room was very comfortable. Beds, bathroom and AC we're all amazing.
You got a couple of random calls in the middle of night no one on the other line. Also the landscaper was cutting down palm trees pieces of the tree fell all over my car for check out
Breakfast was great unfortunately it ended early. The room was clean and comfortable but the smoking area was dimly lit and pushed away from everyone else, also was not clearly marked smoking area. The worst part was when front desk tried to charge me $5.00 for what 99% of most hotels charge $.75, laundry detergent....

There was blood and stains all over the bed. I told the manager, they had the maid come change the bed. The maid bulled back the fitted sheet and there was hair and stains all over the mattress cover like it hadn’t been changed in months. Then replaced it with stained sheets again. I went asked for a refund that I wasn’t going to sleep in a dirty bed. I refused upgrade due to not trusting the cleanliness of the hotel. The manager said he will have to talk to the manager. I got my deposit back but have heard nothing of a refund

The location was close to where I needed to be.
There were random people hanging out in the parking lot past midnight, along with people in their car playing loud music and people just hanging out in the stairwell and balconies. My wife didn’t feel comfortable with all the people walking around so late at night just watching the other guests. I personally didn’t like that people were hanging out in the parking lot and staring at me taking my things in and out of my car. Another thing that bothered me were issues within the room, as soon as I turned the shower on, it stank of urine. The door also seemed like it didn’t closed all the way, like there was a gap even when the door was closed and locked. Finally the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were thin like all the stuffing had been smashed to nothing from being used for 10 years.
