We never were given a room or key . There was no use of any water

Sophia the desk reception was nice, but could not help with the refund.

Cons:

We had to find another hotel at the last minute and it cost us twice as much. We did not stay there. Before we checked in they had a sewage line break. So we never checked in and they said we would be refunded, but we were still charged.

The room was clean, mattress a bit hard, pillows were tiny and flat. Our tv didnt work so maintenance had to come in. The coffee pot was good, nice to have a whole pot of coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was great!

They charge you and extra 15dollars when you get there. Food is not any good anymore. Best to skip their diner and walk down to taco John’s or the pizza place or something.

Loud loud fire alarm that just would not stop. Employees said it happens all the time. Ouch. We have kind of had it with this place. The food is terrible now. Oh. They add an extra 15 fee when you get there. If things like that make your head explode do not stay here. I ment to complain to Expedia because I think it is against their rules but I forgot all about this place.
